Best child care center in the area. I trust all the teachers with my child and the owner is very attentive with daily operations. I also really like their emergent curriculum style. Highly recommend!

They kicked my kid out for having adhd. Place is going downhill since the newbie director started. The old director was amazing and never singled my son out for his adhd. And they always worked with him. But this newbie shows up and all the sudden he is now unrolled because they do not want to deal with it any longer. I will be reporting this to licensing for discrimination. And hope they find a new director before all the kids with disabilities are not allowed to go to that day care any longer. I hope that new director seeks help for whatever she has against kids with disabilities

Terrible, terrible, terrible childcare center. They always shut down due to staff shortages, staff don’t pay attention to children, kids are getting bit left and right. I pulled my kids out because of how unsafe it is. Please do not take your children to these centers. Cassie is a horrible owner.

My daughter has attended 2 daycares in the last 2 years which the first one wasnt horrible but very unreasonable when is came to several things second was horrible she didn't want to go it was a fight everyday emotionally exhausting for both of us! Now she is at Early bloomers at first I wasnt sure how I was gonna feel the setup was different however they say dont judge a book by its cover right. The staff I encounter were friendly and real understanding people They did not put on a front and pretend to be a perfect day care facility My daughter loves going to school she she loves her teacher miss Amy and Alicia ( hope I spelt that correctly lol ) our the best as my daughter says! I am so glad I no longer have to fight every morning with her because she doesnt want to go to daycare she is excited and wants to go there!!! As a mother to many children lol it's so nice to have one less thing to stress about! Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my girl!

Avoid at all cost!!Poor management and staffing shortages has resulted in many unplanned closures or capped classrooms with little or no notice given to families. While we appreciate Early Bloomers following the law in respect to child / teacher ratios, the lack of ability and urgency to staff for their business needs has been a hardship for working families. There seems to be no communication between morning and afternoon staff, making it difficult to get answers regarding care. “I don’t know, I wasn’t here this morning” is a standard response from staff when asked basic questions like, “how did my child get injured”. There was no communication regarding new policies / set up of the new facility. We were unaware of the new system for injury reports. When we found them on our own, there were multiple reports, including occurrences of our child injured by other children spanning several weeks, that no staff ever mentioned. The front door at the new location didn’t close or lock for over two months. The front desk was not staffed and the lock wasn’t fixed until parents complained. They continued to give our child dairy, dairy products, and dairy substitutes even after completing required forms, doctor’s note, and having multiple discussions with various staff. We had to explain to staff that Gold Fish crackers contain cheese. They do have an app that they update with what food was provided for each meal and snack, however they continued to enter daily that our child was given milk or milk substitute, causing stress and concern.Save yourself stress, money and time. Find proper care for your child from someone who can run a childcare business and meet the minimum safety and care requirements you should expect from a childcare provider. Parents should not have to worry or feel their child is being neglected while in a licensed, state subsidized, care facility

I will start this review by stating my daughter had a wonderful relationship with her teacher. The staff, in general, were accommodating. My daughter attended full time for 8 months. I strongly believe in consistency for children and, against heed from the director and numerous teachers, decided to remain a customer for Early Bloomers when 75% of the staff quit this past summer. I was warned that the owner was not following safety guidelines by several staff members however decided that perhaps they were disgruntled due to low pay and extreme hours. Now, months later, I am disappointed that I did not let their warnings play a larger role in my decision. With this said, my child did not encounter any safety issues that I am aware of. The crux to my 1 star (which would be negative one if I could) relates to the owner of Early Bloomers and how she conducts herself and business. After placing a call to inquire about a possible refund for days my daughter could not attend school (possible covid exposure that was never confirmed?) and trying to express my concerns for NUMEROUS shut-downs (probably a combined total of 1.5 months) relating to the fact that payment in full was still expected. Shut downs included covid exposures that were never confirmed, lack of staffing, time needed to clean, etc. Having to pay a 2nd babysitter was causing financial stress. In speaking with the owner and requesting a copy of my contract, she busted into tears and hung up on me. This left me very confused. The following day, my child was kicked out of the school. I had to discover this on my own as my monthly payment was returned and my portal was closed. Needless to say, I promptly called the owner and gave her an earful regarding her lack of professionalism. Consumer beware. Something fishy happening there. As mentioned before, the fact that 75% of staff quit should have been an indicator.
