I went into The Brick to find a new mattress. Monir was very welcoming and asked me many questions to ensure I was looking at the best bed that would be suitable to my sleeping needs. There was a great Boxing Day sale as well. I love the bed I purchased and everything was super straight forward. I will be a repeat customer from this store for sure!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called asking for a price for a single mattress for my son. He was trying to sell me an expensive mattress on the phone. Wouldn’t let me talk and when I asked if he had single mattresses for less than $200 he laughed and said no, then hung up on me. I had a bunch more things I needed to buy… but I won’t be buying them here.Worst customer service! Do not buy off these guys.

What an amazing experience. We were looked after by Monir who was fantastic, he listened to our needs and worked tirelessly to provide us with 2 x beds 1 king frame, mattress and box springs and the same again for queens size. He managed to arrange delivery all in the same day. We walked in store at 11am Sunday morning and by 2pm we had two new complete beds in our home in Cochrane. Monir and his team at the Brick are the Formula 1 of the furniture world. 100% recommended. Forgot to mention all this was done within budget.

Buyer beware. The bricks satisfaction guarantee is false. My mother is 70 years old and unfortunately trusted the brick. The sales person lied by telling us we had 48 hours to return a couch. The brick delivered it damaged and refused to refund it. They offered us the convenience of taking it back to the the store ourselves then paying a re stocking fee and getting store credit (not even the full amount of the couch). Store credit is not what we wanted as we never plan to return to the brick. Make sure you like what you buy as you will get little to no help after the purchase. All the brick cares about is getting commission.

This was a great and easy shopping experience! Monir Youssef was super helpful and let us try out all the different models, making the whole experience super quick and easy. They helped us set up easy delivery and remove our previous mattress. Definitely ask for him next time you’re looking for a mattress! 10/10 customer service experience :)

The store staff are relatively responsive and did a decent job helping us find our mattress. 10 days after we had brought our mattress home we noticed a major defect, well good luck trying to get the return process completed... super painful. Hard to get ahold of an actual person and the form and photos they are asking for are outrageous. For this reason I will likely just go somewhere else knowing that I can bring it back within 10 days and exchange it not having to go through this annoying process.The store doesn't deserve this 1 star review, The Brick corporate office does.
