Hi praise for Monti again. Some of the filters of Miele range hood were defective, with minimum fuss, Monti arranged with Miele to have new ones shipped directly to our house within a week. This is the second instance and is truly outstanding after-sales service. Thank you Monti, very well done!

We came to Trail Appliance today to specifically find an LG fridge. Luckily we found a Cantonese speaker, Naomi, who was so willing to help us find alternatives for our price range. She showed us singular freezers which we’ve never seen before, and explained to us which brands were the most reliable. She printed off many specs for us, and my mom was very content with the service. Definitely will keep in touch with Naomi since I have many friends who bought new properties who are looking for appliances.

The Trail Appliances facility in Richmond BC is very well designed and gives a superb display of a wide variety of Home Appliances.The store is so clean which makes it a pleasure such a nice experience.Staff are very knowledgeable about the items in the store which is essential for any prospective buyer.I was fortunate to have employee Nathan to talk to during my first visithe accompanied my wife and I giving us a comprehensive detailed summary of both gas and electric slide in ranges and went home to discuss with the family.Once we decided what we wanted we then booked another appointment with Nathan.Agreement to purchase was confirmed and detailed paperwork was given to us with clear steps what to expect on delivery and haul away old range.Couldn’t be happier with the service.Thank you Trail appliance team.

Just picked up a stove at this location from the dynamic duo Michael and Nonna. Michael was knowledgable and patient with all our questions. In a place with so many selections, he was able to streamline it down to a few choices based on our wants, needs, and budget. Him and Nonna then took care of us with the delivery/removal/warranty explanations and made us feel super taken care of. You could also tell they have a good relationship which made the experience more enjoyable as well. I highly recommend them for both their expertise and customer service! Thank you Michael and Nonna!

Great experience with Nathan. Straightforward talk and very honest with us in terms of promotions, the extended warranty, and financing. Stayed with us until we made a decision. He offered coffee too.This was our second time at this store and the good experience hasn't changed.
