An amazing store that has such a diverse inventory. Almost any thing that you dream of in fabric for all uses. And every product needed when working with material. So much more. A little unbelievable that a place like this is available in London.

Staff was insulting and not helpful at all. I honestly wish the fabric were self serve somehow. I don’t need someone asking me 29 questions. I bought more than I needed because I hate coming here and waiting to be helped. I’m not alone despite the reviews i see here on google. I’m guessing they pay very little and it’s just a horrible place to work? I dunno but as soon as Amazon offers comparable item’s I’ll never return. Odd that the google reviews are much more glowing than the yelp reviews. Hmmmm

Anita in the fabric cutting area does not have please and thank you manners and does not have the courtesy to wear a bra. Other customers were waiting in line and the other 2 employees did not offer assistance. If I didn't have a guft card, I would have shopped elsewhere. And why no discount on poorly dyed fabric?

Store in London is great, but the older female cashier is enough to stop me from returning again. So unpleasant, unkind, and just plain sour. Next time I'll drive to Chatham

I had an awful experience at the Lens Mill Store in London and I will not be returning. A person named Desiree helped us in the fabric section and she was extremely rude and talked down to us the entire time she cut our fabric. They need to train their employees in customer service.

If you're crafty or a DIY lover then go to this store right away. The set up of the store can do better, that's why I gave it 4 out of 5 . Otherwise, almost everything you need for crafting and some home decorating ideas is there and the prices are reasonable too.One thing you have to keep in mind is that they don't do returns yet they accept exchanging items in original condition with the receipt of purchase.
