Wonderful massage for body but also for face. You can see celebrities there if you get the chance since the changing rooms are to be shared (female & male separated though). Once , I saw Michelle Williams there but the staff is very discreet they will not mention anything about it. Not noisy staff and highly professional

I just had my first massage at serendip spa and all I can say is that it has been the best experience ever. Do try it, it is not cheap but worth every penny.I will be becoming a regular

I bought a massega through Groupon and they were never available to take the apointment (because it was with a discount, as they even said). They only took it when the voucher was expired to charge the full price. Wich it wasn't even good. I don't recomend it at all.

Very relax and tranquil atmosphere for a mesmerising face/body massage. Loved the sweet escape in Louise area, would definitely recommend Serendip and come back.

So it just happed now. I bought the Groupon for the first time because Serendip SPA looked nice from the sites. However, it turned out a horrible experience ever.I just made the call to Serendip SPA and the woman was extremely not nice. First of all, it's very difficult to make an appointment because it’s via Groupon. She said they are very busy every day you have 5-6 people from Goupon which means I have to wait. Second, she said I can't make the reservation because she kept asking me some kind of code that I don't have; even I gave the only numerical code I have. I asked her for help. Nevertheless, she insisted that I have to call Groupon to find out the answer and she doesn’t help at all. I have to emphasize that she showed only impatient and ignorant attitude during all the phone call that I had to accept unwillingly impossible for me to make any reservations.I sent them all the information I have via emails. Serendip SPA works with Groupon they should help the problem for the customers who are willing to try their services even possibly become their clients. Serendip SPA gave a bad impression at the very beginning and cause bad reviews. Such a pity they are against the meaning of wellbeing.This is ridiculous that Serendip SPA want to gain more customers from Groupon and have them as their royal customers afterwards. They do the other way around it is obviously Serendip SPA are tired of giving decent services who pay only abit less via Groupon. If they don't want to work well, they should NOT cooperate with Groupon. I am wondering how come they got some good reviews. Even though they may or not provide some techniques of massages, they lose the true ZEN wellbeing. I would NOT RECOMMEND any people to visit Serendip SPA because I could already imagine that customers would feel uncomfortable and unhappy from there.I request Serendip SPA should refund the money 124.99 euro with Groupon immediately. This is not what I expect and deserved.

Had a deep tissue massage on 17/06/2018. This was my first time. Should say full value for money, Since I hit the gym regularly, normal wear and tear of muscles is normal. While booking the appointment, I had given my requirements and Serendip Spa people were so professional that they advised me a a specific staff called Filipe Ferreira".This person was so wonderful in pulling and massaging the the right nerves

Serendip has to get 5 stars from me, although I'd be tempted to say 4.5 (if I could) for their changing facilities. This is hands down the best place to get a luxurious massage in Brussels, with experienced therapists that have been working here a long time (always think that retaining staff is good sign). Staff at the reception are very kind and welcoming, offering great service. For the level that Serendip provides, it is a pity that the changing facilities / bathroom downstairs are a bit cramped, it makes it awkward sometimes to get changed. Obviously a minor issue, but would be great to have an equally great experience before / after the treatment. Their yoga studio is also the best you can find in the Louise area and teachers are great.
