Rude, rude, rude employee. With an attitude like hers, the blonde working this afternoon should go work for the government. There zero excuse to be rude to people especially customers. Not sure what this person is going through but if she can't contain herself she should stay home. The world doesn't need more bs when they're just trying to grab a quick snack.I will not be back.

My wife and I love Tim's but the one here in Creston is making our visits less and less enjoyable. Some of the new workers need serious lessons in Customer Service and listening. Time and again, we're finding our orders not being filled properly and the lack of smiles, 'have a nice day' and general customer service is making this restaurant something not to be proud of but something to apologize to our visitors over.BTW...update. Your complaint section of your website doesn't work. How convenient!

Friendly staff, clean inside. The drive thru wait times can be hit or miss. Typically you're waiting ten to fifteen minutes for two coffees unless the right people are working. Coffee is not always hot, and sometimes orders are wrong but overall good enough.

A really nice location with fast and friendly staff who did an excellent job keeping everyone moving on a busy weekday morning. The coffee was fresh and tasted great lots of parking was available and the tables and washrooms were clean and well kept! Stop by if your road takes you through here.

My experience at this establishment has been consistently marred by an astonishing level of poor customer service. It's as though each visit becomes a test of patience, often leaving me questioning the decision to return. The staff, particularly those manning the drive-through, carry an air of nonchalance and indifference that is far from the welcoming ambiance one might expect from a service-oriented business.There's an apparent lack of enthusiasm that has become all too synonymous with my interactions here. It's almost as though my decision to place an order is viewed as an unwelcome interruption to their day, rather than the fundamental purpose of their role. This pervasive attitude manifests itself in curt responses, lack of eye contact, and an overall hurried manner, all of which contribute to an unenjoyable and rushed service experience.This sentiment is not one I harbor lightly, nor is it born from a single isolated incident. It is the culmination of repeated encounters that, rather than improving over time, seem to have entrenched themselves in the establishment's culture.I yearn for a time when the idea of patronizing this business does not fill me with a sense of trepidation. The prospect of not having to return here is not only enticing but frankly, it brings a sense of relief. One can only hope that this feedback serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their service and restore the faith of disheartened customers like me.

Worst managed Tim Hortons I have ever been to in Canada. Staff will have personal conservations in line up while others wait. Poor service in all aspects, poor quality in products and if I was able to give less than one star I would. Shame on the franchise for letting someone reprehensible like this.

They have discontinued the honey mustard. That was the only thing that made their Turkey Bacon Club worth the time and price of eating. Since it was discontinued, multiple of my friends, family, myself included, have not been back.
