I stopped by this store to get my nose pads changed, since they were starting to fall off. The gentleman who served me (and I really wish I could remember his name) was so friendly and helpful. He was gone for a while changing them, but when he came back he told me that he had straightened my glasses right away, as they had been bent. I was blown away by the friendliness and amazing customer service for a non-paying customer. I had previously been to Lenscrafters and received very poor service, so I had not been expecting this. I will definitely be returning to this store.

These people went over and above !Consumers Optical is by far the top retailer for glasses. I purchased my glasses there over a year ago now and everytime I need an adjustment or a good cleaning they are more than happy to provide me with the services that I need. They also refill my cleaner and clothes for free as needed! The only disappointment I have is they only have one location.Thank you for excellent service!

Amanda, she’s an excellent customer service representative good in giving us the good deals and giving us the best service and with lots of patience and has proactive attitude asnwer all the questions we needed. This is my where to go whenever I need a prescription glass, yesterday one of the staff assist me but I feel I was descriminated because her way of talking to me was so rude I am just asking a few question and option about the frame that I want, and she even throw the paper (quotation) on me when I attempt to correct her computation, so I ask for the manager to complain her and the store manager endorse me to another staff name Sabrina which is so helpful and knowledgeable to the product I want, she even assist us to our insurance coverage, FYI my son and my wife got also their prescription glasses in this store. That’s why I’m shock that this store has a bully staff, good thing is there are people in your store who know how to handle the situation… by the way end up getting what I want and just waiting for insurance discount before we get back and pay the remaining balance.Just one star because of your rude staff.5 star for the manager and for Sabrina.

I have always found this to be a reasonably priced and low-pressure place to buy glasses.I had a great experience last week after accidentally wrecking my frames. The salesperson went above and beyond to call the manufacturer when the system was showing out of stock. She was able to order in the right frames and they arrived in a single business day. I had to wait less than five minutes for the technician to do the replacement. Best part was they were still on warranty - 100% free.Great service. Highly recommended.

The 1st representative was so helpful saving me money but I wasn't able to make it into red deer even after I explained transportation was difficult since rdt took out their bus runs ,so they sent them back! Leaving me to come back in and deal with a representative that had no idea what she was doing and I paid more ! I've had my glasses less than a year and my lenses are scratched leaving me to wonder if the anti scratch lense coatings were even appliedy bill was outrageous and I supplied my own frames! I'm disappointed and want new lenses

The people here were very manipulative. The sales employee told us that this month's deal (July) was get 2 glasses for the price of one for ANY of the glasses in their store. He also mentioned that next month's deal (August) was not as good and told us exactly that it was buy 2 glasses and get $100 off." Obviously
