Wasted a trip. They should have explained over the phone that any zipper service is a new installment and costs $30. Rather, the phone person asked me to come in person. Got the same answer. A waste of my time.

Do not use this place if you’re looking for your clothing to actually be cleaned. They took a week to call and say they couldn’t take responsibility for cleaning a linen suit jacket. The ladies hair was on the jacket under the plastic bag cover when I got home. Additionally, the same dirt on garment was still on it once cleaned. I foolishly did not read the fake reviews of this place which clearly have been written by the staff at this location. Following this disaster, I took the jacket to Tuesday’s cleaners and they were able to clean it for much cheaper and they also fixed some frayed stitching complimentary. If you’re looking to be ripped off, definitely go here. If you want your items laundered go elsewhere!

Great operation. A little expensive, and they don't offer just pressing. I'm going to miss this location a lot. Love the drive up set-up.

This place is a joke. I understand that it's recession times and everyone has to make a living, but these guys take it into a next level. They disassembled my raincoat in 4 pieces (coat, belt, lapels) and charged me separately for each item for a total of $152 dry cleaning fee for a single raincoat! It not their fault, it mine for going there. Well, this was the last time.

I took my Arcteryx jacket in which had an oil stain. I was so bummed! Although they didnt guarantee they could get it out, it did! This made me one satisfied customer. Thanks for rescuing my jacket.

second time Im using Fletchers to clean jackets with a suede trim and both time they either did not clean properly or damage the suede :(

Bit of a sticker shock on my dry cleaning bill; pricing isn’t disclosed at drop off. 165 seems awfully high for a jacket; in fact it cost more than the jacket itself. It’s clean enough I guess. Just make sure how much approximately the bill will be when you drop it off. Will be looking to take my business elsewhere for sure.

Great customer service. Ivette was extremely helpful and informative regarding pricing. Ari contacted me quickly to clarify the pricing of one of my shirts. One of the other employees mis-charged me so be sure that your dress shirt is being charged correctly based on the fabric. Management quickly corrected the error. I will continue to bring my shirts there.

AVOID- I gave in a bag of washing on the Wednesday and was told it would be ready by 5 on Monday so I arrived on time and it wasn’t ready. They told me it won’t definitely be ready by noon the next day and when I arrived it still wasn’t there. So I had to go three times to get my washing. Also it was very overpriced. Some of the smaller local places around are way cheaper. The washing was decent but way too overpriced and took way too long. Not worth it!
