There's very bad reviews on here and it's pretty obvious which ones are friends, etc that fabricate some positive reviews to balance out the ratings.It's not working..., Eaton Place Medical Center is known across the city for having the most incompetent, unprofessional, rude receptionists.Years ago before the new management took over it was a pleasure to attend.The staff was completely competent compared to this Management and staff of the last 2-3 years.The girl I got today on the phone was unspeakably rude and hung up on me. How is this allowed?This Management posts insincere, ridiculous apologies but fails to make any changes to this Clinic.He/she/they obviously don't have a high work ethic or integrity if they allow their staff to treat patients so shabily.Several patients posted their opinion of a receptionist, Destiny for being incompetant, rude and an all around nasty person and Management defends her instead of replacing her with someone competent.Management deserve what they get when Dr. Osagie and Dr. Koko's patients all leave this clinic in June for their own practice. This means half of the patients will be leaving as well. I am one of them.Looks good on this place.Plenty of other walk-in clinics downtown to visit.

My mom had been seeing Dr Sutherland for over 30 years. She always complained that he always rushed through her concerns and simply piled on more and more medication. When she was pregnant with me, he advised her to get an abortion because of her age. Luckily she didn't listen, and I'm still here to spread some awareness.He prescribed her with a medication for high cholesterol. Was never made aware of the risks associated with this medication. The prescribed medication ended up eating all of her muscle tissue which was discovered through biopsy at hsc. She constantly brought her concerns up to him. She mentioned the muscle weakness, pain, and numbness. But it was always brushed off or given something more.One time when we picked up her medication for her, the pharmacist was concerned and confused because she had never seen such high doses of the medication she was on.We wanted her to find a new doctor, but despite the negligence, mom trusted Dr Sutherland because of her long history in his care.She passed away on September 6th, 2022 at HSC because she contracted pneumonia/covid 19 while in their care. However she went in for something non lethal. She wanted to make sense of what was going on with her muscles. Why she was in pain. Why she could barely walk. Why when she fell she couldn't get up without assistance. None of those questions could be answered by her doctor. Only brushed off. This could have all been avoided by simply listening to my mom's concerns and just knowing the possible side effects of the medication he prescribed. That's the least a doctor could do. To this day he probably doesn't even know she's gone. While his lack of knowledge cost her so much. He just carries on with his practice.As a PSA to all... when finding a family doctor run if you are not being heard. Seek a new doctor who will recognize you as a person who matters and not a number. Look for someone who pays attention to detail and is not on autopilot.And personally, I'd straight up just avoid this doctor.

Thank you to the hard-working staff, you are the best. Vaccines are quick, doctors are professional. I had some health issues that needed a lot of appointments and the reception team there were always able to accommodate me, even if it was through walk-in or phone appointments. I’m grateful to my family doctor here close to work and not far from home. I appreciate the quick referrals too.

I work downtown and passed this doctors’ office lots as I pick up food from the food court upstairs (great patio in the summer as well). Last week I was in a ton of pain and figured I would find out if they could see me. I was super impressed with how fast and easy getting into this clinic was. The staff were super kind, and I really appreciate the quick service. I only had a short wait time before the doctor saw me and he really helped me out. I don’t usually write reviews, but I really appreciated the convenience of this clinic. I’ll for sure use this walk-in clinic in the future.

So I came here and as soon as I walked in the reception Sarah was straight up barking up my whole tree putting words into the doctors mouths literally and as well saying that no doctor will give me any medicine when I told her I am here to get looked at for my injuries and she said oh is it lasting pain I said yeah something like that and she started mentioning narcotics out of nowhere so disrespectful she is doing way too much and I will not be coming back here

Been seeing Dr. Sutherland for years downtown and couldn't be happier with the new location he has chosen. I live outside the city and its hard for me to drive in so I have to call the clinic a lot. The front staff are always really helpful and friendly.

Came at 4pm for a walk in appointment, service denied. There was no one in the waiting room.

I waited about 1 hour to see the doctor. There was 0 patient in the clinic. The front disk ladies don't know how to work with the system. Learn how to greet with patients if they are coming in your clinic. Wastage of time.
