Located right next to Emily Carr public school, this park is comparably larger than any other park in the vicinity.It has 2 separate play areas both for toddlers and other for kids older than 5It also has a football ground, basketball court and two sheds at both corners.On a regular summer evening you will find it full of lively neighborhood gatherings of parents and grandparents staying up late up to 8pm making it safe for kids under supervision from both parents and neighbors.

I hate this park. It is small and has terrible equipment. +1 star for being close to a cross guard.

Went there 2 days in a row to find pop cans, straws, discarded face masks thrown in the children's playground and the variety of trash changes daily. People using this playground need to learn to pick up trash and teach their kids not to litter
