4 people behind the counter, 1 working with customers after 10 mins waiting and seeing how they are super talkative to each other And 10 people in line not moving I decided to leave. Also, wearing converse and fila running shoes for the bank it’s truly not professional

The director has a lousy attitude, very rude and I'm apt to believe he treats people of colour particularly poorly. He has no discretion or propriety, no people skills, no customer service skills he's a stain on Canada trust's record of stellar service.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond in terms of their customer service. They are helpful, prompt, sharp, on top of things, and proactively try to solve your problems or help you solve them. It is surprising because that is rarely my experience with most banks. Keep up the great work guys!

Very nice, friendly and other than sometimes it being a slow wait (that's life though), I don't mind coming here all the time. Free coffee tasted nasty but appreciated the gesture :)
