I had my eyebrows threaded by her and I am very satisfied with the result and their beauty services. Now it has been close two years regularly visiting M.B Beauty service for my eyebrow threading every two weeks, so much happy.Previously, known another lady who was doing threading my eyebrows but each time I had cut in my skin under my eyebrows. Maggie really pays attention to comfort her client and provides gentle services to feel relaxed.Especially during COVID, her extra efforts to assures her client for safety and guidance.Really recommend her and the service prices are so reasonable with excellent service.

I had my first session at this laser spa and it was absolutely amazing. The lady was so kind and friendly. This is definitely somewhere you will feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good laser spa. Amazing prices, customer service and environment.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at M.B. Beauty. I’ve been getting waxed consistently somewhere else for over a year but decided to try a new place that was closer to me. Given the great reviews, I decided to book an appointment here.First, during my eyebrow threading, she made a comment about my acne asking me if I’ve ever done facials to treat it. She then told me that I should drink more water and eat more fruit and less junk food to get rid of my acne. I’m aware that this was not coming from a malicious place, however, anybody with acne knows how awful it is and how self-conscious this can make you. If I’m coming for a thread and wax, you should not be talking to me about my acne. That is between myself and my dermatologist.Next, during my wax, she ripped and bruised my skin which resulted in me bleeding and it being super painful. She was also having trouble with part of my wax and went over the area multiple times, getting wax clumped in the hair. At this point, I was in pain and uncomfortable so I told her to stop. When I got home, my hair was still clumped with wax and my bruising around the area got worse. I also noticed that she was double dipping the stick into the wax and using the same stick each time. I’ve never seen that done before and, from my understanding, that is not a hygienic practice.Overall, I would not go here again for waxing. Maggie was very kind and apologetic but that did not make up for the bad experience.

I had a fabulous facial at M.B Beauty. It was calming and relaxing AND my skin felt amazing. Owner, Maggie is an absolute sweetheart. 5 stars!

This was my second time with Maggie because it was close to my house and good reviews. Unfortunately, both the time threading was extremely painful and the thread she was using was not for eyebrows. And for under arms waxing she waxed multiple times on the same area ended little bleeding and on coming home I saw bruised and ripped skin.And she was having difficulty with waxing on my hands. She said my skin is dry that’s why it pains so bad but I have oily skin,she actually bruised and ripped my skin.Maggie is super welcoming but I don’t recommend her for waxing and threading. I’m never going back again here.

Maggie is welcoming, professional and skilled. She suggested threading over waxing and I’m very happy with the results. I appreciate how quick the appointments are. 10/10 recommend.
