Had the same doctor for 12 years, last week I went in to see the doctor, and as I was waiting in room for the doctor I notice a security camera on the ceiling, I thought they were not allowed cameras in the room with the patient, so everything that is done in the room with the doctor or nurse is being recorded, so all the patient's that go in to see the doctor or nurse is also been seen by others that are watching the video, now cameras in the hallway and the front desk and entrance and exit I understand for the staff and patient's safety

Wow I was just browsing family doctors and very shocked to see they charge for letters for massage and prescription renewals. Never have I had to pay for that or seen a doctor charge for those things when I worked in health care. Hopefully nobody goes to this place

Everytime my parents have an appointment here they tell us one time then call to change so we show up at latter time only to be told it was the original time before they changed it. Seems like there’s no communication in the building
