The treatment I received as a customer of this store was appalling. Over the course of the few months we were in communication, the overall treatment of both myself (a designer) and my client was consistently rude. When there were issues with the order there was zero effort to assist in any way. The owner in fact, had the gall to tell me there was no way to assist in the repair, or replacement of the damaged items as her margin was 2%" which simply cannot be true. There are tons of amazing stores in Toronto

I can’t be more happy with the service I received from Golbou. She designed our condo renovation and managed the construction, and it went off without a hitch. In the end, our condo was award winning and was featured in Dwell and other design publications. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I had a very negative experience at RadForm. I had gone in there twice to look at some furniture and was helped by a lady who said she was the owner. She was incredibly pushy and I felt a lot of pressure to make a purchase. When I said I wanted to take some time to look around at other stores, she rolled her eyes and returned to her desk. I received at least 4 follow up emails from her sales team in the coming weeks asking me if I was ready to make the purchase of the shelf (safe to say I didn’t buy the piece of furniture I was looking at). I’d much rather go to other design stores such as Klaus or even EQ3 which are right around the corner.

RADform has one of the best and unique selections of modern furniture and accessories in Toronto. The staff is very knowledgeable about design and know their products really well! The service is excellent and very prompt. I would highly recommend RADform and their absolutely beautiful and one of a kind products.
