I just went there to get a quote on windows ,the gentleman that I was dealing with was not friendly or helpful at all ! I started by saying good morning he didn’t even say hello , hey , nothing , he proceeded to show lack of interest in providing me with a quote and when I said I was looking for best price/cheapest he handed back my papers and said we aren’t what you’re looking for . Would not recommend

Best windows & doors in town. They don't just have the best windows but they have anything to do with stairs, caulking, and siding. Really good to deal with and have very friendly staff. Warranty is the best and transferable to top thing up.

The staff if friendly and knowledgeable but OMG!!!! Coming from a big city, this business - like many businesses in Cornwall - I find is way, waaaaayy too laid back. They have this country" attitude like they don't need your business. Perfect examples : They don't follow up in a timely manner

Have delt with multi for a decade now. They have always had the best prices, customer service, warranty and after sale service. My most recent purchase was a little rough ( Pandemic and all ), and they are still coming good for the mistakes. Great job guys keep up the good work.

After waiting for a front door and garage door for three months. I receive a call from this guy Matt at 7:00 am telling me my door is in and you have to come in and pay this morning before we deliver it .I had already deposited $3000 on it. I told him that I wasn't leaving town. The balance was $1240. I would have to guess that most of their customers don't pay their bills ,but were not all like that. Matt you need people skills. By the way I went in and paid that bill at 8:00 am. The rest of the staff was accommodating.This guy is not helping your business!

Asked for windows to be eligible for the Canada Greener Homes Grant. After 6 months of emailing back and forth, the order finally came in and installed months later. Only to then learn we didn't even qualify for the Grant because they order Energy Efficient Windows that didn't meet the MINIMUM standard. Going to take my business elsewhere. The person I dealt with should not be in this line of work.
