Shopping with my daughters, we had such a great time at the Georgian Mall location. The staff were all so friendly and super helpful. Both my girls and I left feeling so good about our time in the store.

Purchased a pair of leggings for a holiday. While wearing them on holiday I noticed a small hole on the leg. Took them back to the store when I got back for an exchange, but they would not do anything for me! Told me it was wear and tear because I wore them! Wearing them once does not cause a hole!! Was there when I purchased them! Spending that kind of money for leggings and getting to wear them once is outrageous!! You have my purchase in your system, so you know they are new and just recently purchased! Manager is arrogant and couldn’t care less about customer concerns! Thought you guaranteed your product! Very disappointed with your brand and your customer service!!

Sad to read that other people have been made to feel the way I have. You are glared at, snickered about and judged from the second you walk in the door. Incredibly disappointing, if you need help you have to chase someone down and when you ask a question, they treat it as if it’s the stupidest question they’ve ever heard. Look at you like you have three heads. Actually over heard a group of females talking badly about a customer while I was standing right there.I also drive 40+ minutes to the next closest store, as I will do ANYTHING not to go in here.

Don’t go here - you will be judged.I have shopped at I don’t know how many Lululemon’s across Canada but every time this is the most disappointing. The women who I assume is the manager has a bad taste of judging. She will be friendly and great to who she thinks is spending money, if you aren’t or she thinks you aren’t you are blatantly ignored by basically every employee in the store. I even have picked up clothing to purchase and had her watch me and give me a dirty look based on my choice.When waiting in cash she was super friendly and bubbly to every customer before. I came up and it was an entirely different interaction. Unfortunately this is the only store remotely close, but I still would rather drive an hour then have to deal with this unpleasant person. That is definitely not how you capture sales, also aren’t you supposed to greet, or offer help to anyone in the store? The sad thing is the day I went to buy those shorts I had planned to purchase more items but felt to uncomfortable. And definitely felt as if my money was better spent elsewhere.

I was trying on some clothing that I eventually bought from this store. Inside the fitting room, the floor was really dirty with dust and human hair. I told the employee about this and she said we don’t have time to clean it? When there was about 10 staff standing around that time. How hard is it to grab a broom and sweep the fitting room floors? It takes a minute. I give a 1 star because of the laziness of staff.

These guys are incredible! An amazing selection of clothing and HUGE community support!

My entire wardrobe is lulu, it’s just so comfortable for a mom! I love shopping in this location they know me and greet me by name and it’s always a pleasant experience here. I’ve received a couple defected items from online or anytime there’s any consigns they help you! They don’t treat you any different. I’ve had very poor customer service experiences in the past with places and people and they are all so attentive and polite!

Possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had :) was helped today by Clara (sp?) and was in to buy new leggings and shorts to fit my new mom bod. She was so incredibly knowledgeable on the products and knew exactly what would work for my workout and fit needs and suggested different items and sizes without ever coming across as pushy or over the top. It was so nice to be assisted by such a great listener.

Customer service has greatly improved since my last visit!!Will return to store for shopping again

I purchased my daughter her first pair of lululemon pants and after 3 wears, she leaned down and it literally left a burnt mark on the knee. I wasn't worried because I knew how great their warranty was. Nope! Barrie, Ontario would not let me get a new pair, as they said it was not a manufacturer product. They also would not offer even a 20% discount if I bought a new pair. They were rude, and cold. This is a future buyer of potentially 10s of thousands of dollars in this brand and their horrible customer service left us feeling uncared for, and that their product was overpriced for bad quality. Very disappointing. I also did a warranty through their online system and never heard back.
