I wish there was a zero star option. This company is the worst! It has the worst connectivity service, and customer service is useless! Don't sign up with Virgin!!!!!!

Bought a phone at this location last week and was so very impressed with the amazing help and knowledge of Pam. An asset to your store for sure. She was so kind and helpful. Very pleased

Kinnaly is the type of person any business owner would love to have as an employee. She is amazing at her job. From the first offer to help until I left a few minutes later with my phone working on Virgin, she gave her undivided attention to the task of helping me. The staff are the most friendly people I have ever encountered and the most honest! I trust them completely and have been a Virgin Mobile customer for over 7yrs now and I wouldn't change anything. It is always a pleasure to stop into this location for any of my Mobile questions and needs. During covid there might be a line due to reduced store capacity but you can always wander other shops and keep an eye on the line if you prefer that over waiting.

Not even a 1 out 10. Waisted entire Day. Took two staff 45 minutesto sell a $12:00 set of ear plugs. Four customers walked out because they were totaly ignored.I am going to Rogers tomarrow to get my bundal.

I was having so many issues with my phone ! I’m not the best at being tech savvy anyways . My friend told me to try virgin mobile - I thought sure why not ?The rates worked with me and the options for phones was amazing !The one who serviced me was named Kinnaly , she was a super sweet down to earth women !!! If anything felt like we where family when she was helping me out .She was very well mannered , and helped out all my issues as best as possible !It was quite a busy day, but she managed toMulti task professionally; have a positive and great attitude !!!She kept the happy on her face and peace in her voice the whole time .Meeting someone that welcomes you and gives you all the attention to help your situation is great customer service !I say to always ask for Kinnaly !!She’s is very professional and down to earth .Thank you very much to her + the company !Virgin Mobile Rocks
