Best customer service PERIOD, been there a few times and the staff there are great.The Store Manager Kait is honestly the best, she turned one of the worst days into a joy filled positive experience. Thank God she is local and I don't have to go out of town just to buy clothes.Happy Shopping!

I just went to the store to exchange something i got in gift. I didn’t had physical copies of the gift receipts but i had in my phone. And in COVID I believe work policies also accept those. Cashier who helped me was quite helpful but somehow she can’t process some things and she called on the manager to help her out. I dont know what manager was frustrated off but she had worst customer service i ever saw in my life. She was so abusive and aggressive like she never listened to what i want to say she just said i cant do anything. She was completely ignoring me. So much arrogant and disrespectful she was. I think management should take some steps to fire her and get a new person who can help customers to increase the sales and throw people like her out of the store. Very disappointed.

We ordered regular straight jeans online. Unfortunately got slim straight shipped. I went to exchange at this location, they said they can not exchange since it was bought on sale and returned online order and I can only purchase regular straight which was available at full price. Obviously not paying full price for their mistakes. Didn't care about customer or what we had to say.

if i could, i wouldn't put any stars, this location is the worst you can come to.On Thurs.29 December 2022 at 2:20A employee had the worst attitude, i very respectfully asked for the guess mist and she yells at me saying there’s was no more and they never had that mist, When 2 days before i bought it from same store same place. all of the buys stop what they were doing at look at me. Very disrespectful. If owner sees this. Please talk to that employee

A lot of the employees are nice and helpful. However, I couldn’t help but observe how rude some of the managers are. I don’t think I’ll be shopping at this location again. If they are this rude to customers, I cannot begin to imagine how they treat their staff. Gross!

I went in to browse and as I was leaving a man who I can only assume is a manager was reprimanding a young lady right on the floor for interrupting him while he was talking. I heard the woman try to start and say something to him and he quickly cut her off and said you've done it twice. I turned around and said to him this is not the place to have this conversation. He quickly apologized but was very dismissive. I feel terrible for the woman to have to work in that enviroment. Retail is already so difficult especially during the holidays and to have such an unprofessional superior just makes it worse. I won't return to this location.

I was hoping to get my hands on one of the old school Guess Jeans belt buckles. Unfortunately they no longer sell them. The store looked good, but I was only interested in obtaining one of those iconic belt buckles.

I love shopping at this Location management and sales staff are always friendly and willing to help I recently purchased an outfit on sale but needed a different size so it had to be an online purchase a very friendly staff Rahim greeted me at the cash register he was very professional cheerful and had a beautiful smile and made the transaction very easy

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I came here to meet my Mother in your store for Mother's Day to buy one of your Purses. I arrived at the store before my Mother. And I could not help but feel that I'm being watched. I waited for around 20 minutes and I watched more than the whole store. I felt so uncomfortable I actually called my Mother and told her to hurry up because I felt uncomfortable with YOUR employees. Every time I turn around I'm given a side look. I am a Business Owner and my employees would be fired for that as well. When my Mother actually came we waited for help. And no one helped us. I'm an Independent Business Owner and so is she. Thank you for not helping my mom. And harrassing me on MOTHERS DAY. Two employees watched us as we were leaving as well.. I will be calling Head Office.
