Amazing experience with this company, I brought several pairs of jeans that required patching, the work is flawless; price was competitive and the turn around time was excellent - I usually shop like most others with speed in mind and this company gets a 5 star for their friendly service, excellent quality and turn around time!

Do not bring your clothes here unless you want to pay to get them ruined.I’ve never left a negative review before for a business, but for this I must. I brought in pants to get hemmed and they all were unworn with tags still on. I tried them on there to get measured to get hemming done. When I went to pick them up, one of them had a stain right on the front of the pants. They didn’t mention this and I noticed and they said they’d clean it. I went to pick them up again a couple of days later and they handed to me with the stain still on them and didn’t mention it. When I went to my car and noticed, I brought them back. The owner told me that I either brought them in stained or that it was a manufacturers defect. They were unworn with tags on and I tried them on right before I left them to be hemmed. They were a light cream colour and I would have noticed. Now I have stained pants than are out of stock. I told him I wouldn’t be coming back and he told me I was free to bring my business elsewhere.Trust me, I will.

Please bring your business here! Everywhere these days offers something and it’s all really similar - this place stands out among the rest! We had an issue due to human error. We were polite and asked that it be fixed. I couldn’t believe what happened - they fixed it all! No fighting, no upset, no attitude or blame! People make mistakes of course and we are always more than willing to work with a business! This business offered us PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE.And that’s something you cannot buy everywhere.

My 7 year old daughter's winter jacket had a broken zipper, so I called and spoke with the Owner personally. He was concerned because it was so cold out and asked me to bring the jacket in immediately for repairs. Within two days, the jacket was fixed, however he didn't like the colour of the zipper because it didn't match exactly. He allowed me to leave with the jacket because of how cold it was, and asked me to come back during a Chinook. I brought the jacket back a week later, and again, he replaced the zipper with double stitching to ensure we wouldn't have any issues. He even took the time to text/call me to make sure everything was done right. His customer service was above and beyond, professional, and genuine concern for my daughter's well being during the cold snap was so amazing! We will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend!

Wonderful experience here, nothing but good things to say about this business. Owner is very friendly and assured us that the stain on one of our dresses will be removed during his dry cleaning. Got a quote elsewhere where they couldn’t guarantee the stain be removed at a way larger price. Yankee Valley Dry Cleaning was very fast and had great customer service. Dresses are stain free and not a wrinkle was found. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.

I called before going in to see if they did alterations on bathing suits. I was told 'yes, we have alot of experience with swimwear. It will take 2 days.' So the next day I took in a brand new $200 swimsuit to have the straps shortened by 2. I was told

My first choice for dry cleaning in Airdrie. The staff are phenomenal and always ensure my clothes are ready for when I need them despite my sometimes lack of planning ahead. My clothes always come back fresh and I've never had anything to complain about with the service or quality of work they provide.

Took wool coat in to get dry cleaned. Had fuzz from scarf on it. Navy coat came back white around the collar and cuffs. Owner didn't say anything when I picked it up. Found it when got home. Went back to ask what happened/why etc. He got very defensive and spoke over top of me, something to do with all the scraping" he had to do turned the cloth white. When I asked why he didn't say anything when I picked it up in the first place

Called around to find a place available to press my vintage wedding dress two days before my wedding, he took on the challenge but said he might not be able to get all wrinkles out, I came back 24 hours later to pick up and my dress looked absolutely perfect. Will definitely be returning, so thankful for kind hearted and hard working people like him!

MEH, will go elsewhere now. Dropped off a comforter to be cleaned, it doesn't even smell good, (cannot confirm if they even cleaned it) would rather go to the laundromat and wash it myself next time. They never called even though they said they would either.
