I would never buy a bike here again!! Cody is a scam and ripped me off! Not only did he mess up my paperwork I had asked for biweekly payments and he made it monthly. The wouldnt fix it for me. He also charged me $500 to hold my bike, and instead of putting it on the paperwork as a payment he refunded me $200 and was going to send $300 by cheque in the mail. It’s been almost 4 months several phone calls to him and Steve and no one has given me my money back. They keep saying they sent it, it should be there soon. I’ve checked to make sure they had the right address but still all I hear is the lies that comes out of their mouth. I’ll be going to the better business bureau and above their heads until someone with common sense fixes this. I tried really hard to let them fix this and make it right, now I don’t care if they lose their job. So over and done with this scam artists of a business. I will never go back, and would never send anyone I know to deal with this b.s place. If I could review this as a zero I would.

I needed a safety inspection on my Honda CBR and needed 2 tires installed. I priced tires at Rallye but found they were much cheaper on Amazon (front and back Michelins were $600 on Amazon - Rallye wanted $500+ just for the back tire). Rallye charged me $167 to install the back tire, $139 to install the front. Plus a $30 Shop Materials fee for good measure. The inspection was a very modest $16. All in they billed me $405. I asked what it would cost if I removed the wheels myself and just had them change the tires and they quoted $50/ wheel. Lesson learned.

I bought a new bike from them, it was an ok process. Nothing exceptional and no major issues other than 2 week delayed delivery. Now, I am trying to reach their service department for the first service on my bike. No luck talking to an actual tech person in this dealership. Customer service keep telling me that they will call back but no one has reached after a week. Very disappointing. Looking for another dealership to do the first service on my Kawasaki.

Just bought a new side by side from Rallye motoplex in chain lake, this was so easy, we made our purchase in under an hour and came back the next day to pick up our rig! They got us in exactly what we wanted for our family for the budget we where happy with! Husband, kids and I are so excited about our side by side. Thank again guys!

I was super hopeful for this location but the terrible Rallye name is here in Halifax. Needing new motorcycle tires and owning an Indian Motorycle I wanted to purchase the same tires the bike came with. I purchased new motorcycle tires from Rallye Halifax last weekend but quickly got a refund after calling the local Yamaha dealer who ordered me the same tires and saved me a significant amount of money. Rallye told me they couldn't match the price and that I would need to wait for 2 months for a service appointment to swap out the tires. A 2 month service wait for tires is absurd. Yesterday I walked into Rallye and purchased a new oil filter and a quart of oil after the oil filter I had purchased to do my oil change a few ago had been faulty and my bike was leaking small amounts of oil. After replacing the oil filter and not needing the quart of oil, I returned to Rallye to return the oil for a refund. To my surprise I was refused a refund, the answer I was provided with its Rallye's policy and if it fits your bike we cannot take it back". Now I own a quart of oil that is unopened

Delt with Hank in sales, he didn't want to answer a few questions and work a bit to get a sale on a new side by side, so we purchased one eles where. Coustmer service and communication are very poor.
