Dan, Cam and Dustin were all great! So quick and even offered to build my bed frame for me! Very happy with their help with all my new furniture. Great sales and delivery service!

Easy and helpful shopping. Took a look one day, few days later ordered entirely through email. Sales person Jesse was even helpful on their day off. At the store pick up was a breeze, Cam made everything quick and easy at the loading dock!

Dustin Melo was very helpful and knowledgeable when consulted on my purchases, no high pressure, I really appreciated that.Delivery was coordinated wonderfully, and I even had two date/time confirmation calls before hand just to make sure all was well.The appliance installation was very professional with the team of Cameron & Andre who were fast and efficient. Cam & Dan were everything you’d want from delivery guys; thorough, efficient and friendly from the moment they got out of the truck. They set up my new stove super quick and didn’t forget to remind me of what to do in case of any defects. Such a great job, thanks guys!

Dustin Melo, you went out of your way to accommodate my recent purchase of furniture.I was looking for a discontinued sofa and chair in leather and every place I called said they could not transport the chair from the Edmonton warehouse and there was only one chair left, guess what, you called me this morning and arranged to get my chair picked up and its being transported from Edmonton to Fruitvale. Can’t thank you enough, I will be ordering more things from the brick and its all thanks to your great customer service.

We received our fridge on Friday and by Sunday it had died leaving us without a fridge and all of our food to going bad. The brick offered nothing but a weak apology and ordered us a new fridge. The new one arrived on Tuesday but they wouldn’t deliver until Thursday. Not only did they not offer any thing to get us through a week with no fridge. I spent the week trying to get answers from customer service and being told I’d be called back. I wasn’t.Don’t think that you’ll have any food coverage with the expensive warranty they sell you because you can only use it once and you have to have receipts for everything that went bad.It blows my mind that the brick won’t stand by the products that they sell and when they give you a product deemed “dead on arrival” you are on the hook for the hundreds of dollars of food that goes bad. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

Always a great experience at the Castlegar brick! Their staff is amazing & super helpful. Cam delivered our bed set & was great at keeping in touch to inform us of his arrival & was very accommodating to our schedule!Thank you Cam for your service with a smile!

We had a great experience at The Brick in Castlegar. Our friendly and very knowledgeable sales rep Jesse was the biggest part of it. She was attentive and able to answer all of our questions while providing reasonable advice without being pushy. There was a surprising amount of selection at the Brick that wasn't expected including fabric choices. We purchased a sofa, ottoman and a recliner. Looking forward to their delivery. We will likely return to see if we can find our bed and mattress there too.Thanks again Jesse!Jim & Tina
