I was late getting my vehicle in for the seasonal tire change other places were fully booked for the next month. Marlborough Ford got me in with in days. I was provided with the shuttle services to and from. The oil was also done with my tire change. All my fluids were topped up, I was very low on some. I was kept informed at all times and the work was completed in the time frame I was advised. Great experience, I would recommend Marlborough Ford and I'm a repeat customer.

I have had a great experience working with this dealership. From the time I purchased my care to getting service on a regular basis they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. From the person that answers the phone to the service advisor that greets you when you drive in. Edwin was able to explain to me everything that was going to be completed during my appointment and then thoroughly went through the report and detailed information as to was going to be required to have a part replaced. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that will listen.

I came to quote the key price for my 2022 Ford Maverick. Their price of $418.83 for the new key is reasonable compared to the quotation of more than $550 from Northstar Group. The service department staff are very honest, so I decide to change my service dealership to them. By the way, I told to the Sales Consultant - Singh. He tried to find the model that fits my purchase description. And I would say the salesperson in this dealership is customer oriental and honest too. From my Ford purchase experience, I would like to deal with this kind of honest dealer.

Please never bring your car here. I have been here 5 times and never have I ever been satisfied by their service. Advisors don’t communicate with you to update you about vehicle status. When they do communicate, they give you false information and lie. Advisor told me once that they had to keep my car for 2 days to complete work. Never called to update about status. When I call to find out more info, I am told car didn’t have to stay there as parts were missing and had to be ordered. They also always overbook. You are always put on hold for hours and nobody ever gives you a call back when you complain. I left a voicemail to service manager and he never returned my call. They don’t care about the quality of their service as long as they make money. Also, every single time I was there they could never find my insurance and told me I didn’t have insurance. Shows just how ineffective they are. Please use other ford dealers even if wait time is longer. Don’t waste your time/energy at Marlborough ford. They lack professionalism.

Dropped my vehicle off at 8:15 AM for the works (oil change) and a seasonal tire swap. Was called mid afternoon saying the vehicle would be done shortly after 3:00. Arrived at 3:45, was informed it was still on the lift, would be another 20 minutes" At 4:30 checked in from the waiting lounge

It's excellent if you deal with Sean in service. He takes time to understand the need and find a solution. This team has worked diligently to fix and make up for all the not great stuff Red Deer Ford did. I recommend bringing your vehicle here for great service.
