Nick Hill is a brilliant tattooist and the other staff are very friendly. Had my left forearm done by Nick and not only is it a lovely piece, I had a lot of fun along the way. Very accommodating too.

Terrible customer service. Canceled our appointment and would not accommodate something quicker than the end of January. Work is half decent but be weary of “higher priority” customers. I was trying to book a consult for a half sleeve, leg sleeve, and 3 smaller tattoos. Would have given them good business but we were not important enough for them.

I would recommend this place over and over.The shop is so clean, and the music selection there is perfect, and all the artists are great to chat up. It gives you a home/welcoming feeling which is amazing.Derrick just did two forearm tattoos for me - for my children - which I am just in LOVE with. He nailed it.The design he came up with, his line work, and the colors and water color are perfect. It's exactly what I wanted.I will be back for more work from this amazing shop.Thank you Derrick !! I cannot be happier with my Tattoos!!

Had an absolutely amazing experience. Jose is truly an amazing artist and very caring towards his clients. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And I would 100% recommend Jose to everyone and anyone who wants a tattoo whether it be their first time or 20th time. An absolute gem

Clean, professional, and talented artistsJust finished a fairly large piece on forearm, Chris did it in 2 sessions about 6 weeks apart, the realism is amazing. It was expensive but in this case I got what I paid for. Great work, and I'll be back.

This is such an incredible shop! I live in Calgary and the drive is so worth it. This is a friendly fun environment to be apart of. Very clean shop. I’ll definitely be booking future work out here!

I should have posted this a long time ago. I booked my appt with a female artist who no longer is there. I gave her the picture of what I wanted and put my deposit down of $150. I met with her prior to my tattoo appointment and she showed me the picture she drew (which is different then what I asked for). I was told not to be so picky and I needed to trust her. I called the shop back and spoke to a lady on the phone that I wasn't happy and that I have the right to be picky as this will be on my body forever.I asked for my deposit back and was denied this because I had signed a contract and my time had passed. This artist quit and I was given to other artist senior artist." Met him and he wasn't a good fit for me either. Asked for money back again and was denied.At the end of the day I am out $150 and with no tattoo. Something to think about if you really know what you want."

Very unprofessional, booked a week early and paid $50 deposit. On the day of our appointment he called and told us that the last one had finished early and we can come now. We could not make it earlier than our chosen appointment time, and in response he said if we could not make it early we had to reschedule for a later day as he was busy and had things to do. At telling him we could not reschedule for later as we are going on a long vacation his response was to cancel the appointment. I am very unimpressed at his attitude and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The greatest tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Tim is amazing and I’m so proud to have his art on my arm! I can’t wait for my next masterpiece. Highly recommend this tattoo shop!
