I had AMA paving do a concrete curb and asphalt driveway in Oct 2015. The contract says they used 6-8” of stone and 3” of asphalt after compaction.Although it looked nice for the first year and the concrete is still holding up, by summer 2016 weeds had already begun growing through the asphalt. It took me 3 calls before I could get somebody to acknowledge they would show up and take a look. They showed up without contacting me and just threw some sealant on it and patted it down. After another month or so weeds were re-growing everywhere, unfortunately tearing up the asphalt along with it. After another phone call it was clear they moved onto other jobs and didn’t have time for previous customers. While looking at the torn asphalt it’s apparent the 3” requirement wasn’t met, which leads me to believe neither was the 6-8” of limestone. After paying thousands of dollars for a brand new driveway and it seeing ONE winter, our driveway is sinking in the EXACT same area it was before they ripped it up and put the new one. When trying to reach them, they don't respond unless you push it. Not a place I would recommend!

This company has done my front porch, my back porch in concrete and paved my driveway. They are punctual, all the work that they have done, was done well and looks great. I am pleased.

Avoid them at any cost. Owner-estimator act like director of Universe. Knows everything... Check his arrogant responses to complaints on BBB. Shady business, just cell phone number no real office. They are hiding behind mail box UPS store at 35 Stone Church Rd. Ancaster. They like cash and no invoices. They were reported to the Canada Revenue Agency.

We used AMA Paving in October 2022. We had them install a new front porch, driveway and walkway in a mix of exposed aggregate and patterned concrete. We found Lino very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He worked with me directly on the final size of our new front porch, driveaway & walkway before they formed it. He also went over our finish options and helped us with our decision. We had originally envisioned a flagstone looking front porch but was warned by Lino how slippery it becomes in the rain and snow. We are glad that we listened to Lino. We went with his recommendation for exposed aggregate tops and patterned concrete fronts with a patterned border on the driveway. After this winter we never had any issues with our new porch being slippery. We would highly recommend Lino and his concrete services to others.

I have nothing but good things to say about AMA, Lino and the entire team where extremely accommodating and friendly , came when they said , did what they promised and delivered a very high quality product. I highly recommend AMA , thank you Lino & Isabel!

Hard working friendly crew. However, final product is off. Apparently their 1 year warranty doesn't mean a thing.. Lino came to look at the issues, provided his explanation. Overhead wires were causing a rust spot, that comes back in the same spot after each time we scrub it, the weird lines throughout the driveway were not real, my imagination? He left and promised not to return. The project was not cheap, sad this is how they deal with customers. I have emailed the office asking for an better explanation, there has been no response. Perhaps from the pics other will think I am imagining the issues?

Great work! Highly recommend AMA paving! Very professional, clean and neat, on time and friendly, fair price. They were in and out in good time and were very easy to live with day to day while they were there!

They did a good job on redoing our driveway, BUT a year later they came to seal it. Charged too much so I thought it would be a superior job. It looked horrible. Even in the past when we had college kids apply sealant, it looked better. Now, the big problem is that I phoned the company, emailed them etc., many times AND they never returned our pleas, to redo the sealing, as most companies would do to make up for errors in work. I would not recommend this company because of those reasons.

We had our driveway completely redone a few years ago (6-7yrs??) the following year we had to have them repair because it was showing where we parked, sinking in areas, which they did with no problem... our driveway looks very old now, aggregate is showing through everywhere, holes everywhere, cracks all over, looks terrible. Very disappointed.
