First told they don't deliver. Drive there to pick up some dinner. Discover the truth. They are out of chicken. How does KFC run out of chicken? Try calling the Mission store (3 times) No answer!I have loved KFC my entire life.Broken-hearted. LOL

I go to this location often for lunch typically getting the big crunch combo. This time however the chicken looked rather unappetizing. The staff were also lackluster.Update. I bought the chicken back the next day and they made me a complimentary meal.

Should have read the reveiws before choosing to buy the 3 peice meal here. I've been eating KFC for 55 years and never had such bad KFC food. Barely any original spice on the chicken. The chicken tasted like it had been infused with water. The corn side dish was horrible. I get a craving for KFC once in a while but whatever you do, don't get it here.

I had the popcorn chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn, I got very little corn? Maybe next time will ask for more corn.

Ordered a single 3 piece chicken, fries and gravy. Took over half an hour to receive and we still didn’t even get the gravy. Stood there and watched as handfuls of people (many of whom ordered after us) received their food but couldn’t get a straight answer as to why we had to wait 30+ min for 3 chicken strips and fries? Was told they were all frozen and needing cooking… at 1pm in a Saturday lunch rush? And it takes 30+ min to cook chicken strips? Employees didn’t seem to care much in the kitchen to move faster than turtle speed which probably didn’t help. I’ve never left a bad review like this, but it was very disappointing.

Just save money, headache and stomach by going to other chicken places. $22 to switch to not just getting drumsticks and wings? So a basic bucket costs over $60? For 9 piece chicken bucket meal? Not worth the pile of oil at the bottom of the bucket. The salads taste funny, the fries are always soggy. Yuck.

i work in the mall and visited this location in my short 30 mins break. and had the worst possible experience.i have no clue what was there in their zinger sandwich But it had an odor which almost made me puke . i guess it was oil the patty was fried in which was being used from last year or just the opposite of fresh lettuce. Either way it was inedible and i can assure that this was the worst chicken sandwich i have ever had.

The branch at Orchards Park Mall in Kelowna is the worst. I rarely write online reviews, but I felt I had to put this one out. I've been eating KFC for almost 30 years, but I never had such a bad experience. Food tastes bad. Prices are higher than other branches. And they won't honor their own offers unless they are printed on paper! Staff weren't so friendly either! Definately won't go back to that branch again!

Always tasty! Definitely kid friendly with the option to dine in. The combo packs with 1 piece of chicken, 1 side, 1 small fry, usually have the smallest saddest piece of chicken...this could definitely be improved with a larger sized piece of chicken for the cost of the combo. The buckets usually have good sized pieces of chicken.
