If you're avoiding taking care of yourself because you're heavier than you would like, more awkward that you want or self-conscious it's time to stop. Yoga Wellness is a safe place to come and find out what you can do. Most of us find some things we can't (or shouldn't) do and Edie will help find you an alternative. These are programs focussed on wellness and that doesn't mean we're all on the same straight line. Take the risk. You won't be sorry.
