Waterfront Park Veterinary Clinic

I have known Dr. Christine for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say she is the BEST vet we have ever seen (and trust me, we have seen many vets prior to finding her). She has a lot of experience in her field, and we never have any complaints in terms of her treatment plans for our pup. She's very thorough and never pushes us to do any extra exams if she doesn't think it is necessary. Whenever Dr. Christine's away and not available, we have seen Dr. Natalia as well - she is also a fantastic and knowledgeable vet.All the reception ladies, and vet tech assistants are all so professional and kind. I've never seen/heard any of the staffs being rude or unprofessional to anyone over the phone or in person. I can't believe some people have left 1-star reviews. They probably were going to be a headache for Waterfront Part Vet Clinic staffs anyways, so I'm happy that their pets are not patients of Dr. Christine's vet clinic.Thank you Waterfront Park Vet Clinic team for always taking care of our pup! If you're considering taking your pets here, I highly recommend this vet clinic!

Christine and her team of professionals are amazing! Shyun shows a level of compassion that shows she truly cares for your pets especially during this time of Covid. Every step of the way, communication was incredible - calls, texts & emails always returned in a timely manner. This team is the very BEST. Thank you Christine, thank your team for our dog. Dr. Christine is a wonderful vet! I came accross her at a different clinic with my now departed then elderly dog about 5 years ago. I instantly only wanted her as a my dogs vet. She always took the time to talk over the procedures and test results with me. Helping me to understand my options and what was most important to treat with the budget I had. I was very happy to find her at Waterfront vet clinic. I now take my current puppers there. They work with my timid dog to make visits fun and cause as little stress as possible. My pup loves seeing Dr. Christine!!! I have seen other vets there and highly recommend Dr Natalia as well! Your pets will be in caring highly knowledgeable hands at this clinic!

Can’t say enough amazing things about the WPVC team. My girl was spayed today and they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and felt safe. They updated me through out the day, easing my nerves. Shout out to Dr. Christine, Dr. Natalia and Dr. Lisa! Shout out to Dani, Jay and Ethan, shout out to Tynia, Gabi and Sage, shout out to Shyun. From doctors to support staff I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are all tremendously hard, experienced workers. 10/10 recommend to all the pet owners out there needing vet care.

We love this vet clinic. We chose it because it is close to us (cats hate car rides - or at least ours does), and we are really happy with the care there. Everyone is happy and professional. Pets are treated like the superstars that they are, and their prices seem fine to me. The vets are knowledgeable about international travel for pets which is important for us.

Our sweet puppy ingested a toxic substance on our walk and became very ill. Waterfront park vet got her in as an emergency visit right away at 5pm. They treated her and us so well. They were extremely thorough and explained everything in lots of detail and with so much care.They called the next day and emailed to check how she was doing. We are so grateful to know how close we live to them. A truly amazing and caring team. Highly recommend.

I've been a dog owner for 18+ years on the North Shore and have tried many different vets. I can say hands down Waterfront is the best vet clinic I've been to.We have a senior golden retriever who deals with persistent skin problems. Dr. Natalia has done wonders for him. She's very thorough and considerate, really takes time to listen to all of our concerns, answers all our questions, gives us lots of advice, and unlike most vets we've tried, she has actually successfully treated our pup multiple times.Lots of vets on the North Shore would see our dog, itching and in pain, and send us home with a diet plan and the dog in the exact same condition. This clinic is different. They prescribe long term solutions like diet/medications, but they also did the hard work in back of house to sanitize, clip, and care for his infected spots, so the alleviation for him started right away.Dr. Natalia is amazing at doing short term and long term treatment, and her treatments always result in a vastly improved quality of life for our dog. He is now in great shape thanks to her.The clinic's staff are super friendly, professional and supportive. Overall 10/10. Would highly recommend.
