Emerald Park Ultrasound

Appears to be a one person show, and she's doing a great job! Missed a call at 9 am from their office to schedule an appointment. I called back, left a voicemail. My call was returned at 6pm, and it was the same lady that called in the morning. I appreciated that my call was returned same day. My appointment was also great. She talked me through the process and I could see everything that was going on, on a separate screen the whole time. She answered every question/concern I had. I would definitely go back

I got to visit Emerald Park Ultrasound today with my friend who is expecting and honestly it was a great experience. She was attentive and friendly. She answered any questions that my friend had, and myself too. I love that she offers evening and weekend appts to work around patients. I was thoroughly impressed just as someone who tagged along. Wonderful.

Almost had the pleasure of checking out this local business but when they called to book me in I told them I wasn't expecting a call until Monday as my doctor advised so we left town (it was Thursday night at 5:40 when they finally called me) so any appointment starting Monday would be great as it is a rush to get in. They offered me a late Thursday appointment and a Saturday and again I said I am gone until Sunday unfortunately, do you have anything Monday. Instead she ended they call and contacted my OB office and told them I was refusing service. I received a call from my OB afterwards saying I was refusing when that wasn't the case at all. I will make sure to take my services elsewhere after that.
