I had the most wonderful experience with Bruce! We had just moved and were missing a connector piece to attach our chandelier to the ceiling. The electrician was at my house and could not put it up - also offered no alternatives other than “buy a new one” which I felt was ridiculous. I drove over to Bruce’s shop and he was SO helpful- he went to look for an appropriate piece and when he did not have something that fit he MADE a custom connector that would work. Then, he wouldn’t even let me pay him for it! His kindness made my week! We just moved to Hamilton and it was such a nice welcome!! Thank you Bruce- I will come to you with all my lighting needs from now on.

Repaired two floor lamps for me. Quality workmanship, fair price and a pleasant customer service manner. I would recommend First Call to anyone.

I called Bruce when I was in the middle of hanging a chandelier and the chain was too long. He told me he could fix it within the next 15 minutes and did! He removed links in the chain, and the chandelier is perfect. He was so helpful and did a wonderful job. I would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Bruce!

I brought them two 45 year old outdoor wall fixtures that were not working. First call lighting responded quickly to the message I left them, and completely rebuilt the light fixtures by the next day.
