RHM was brought in to repair a water mark left after a leak. Since we were going to repair the ceiling, we chose to remove the popcorn ceiling and flatten the dealing in the office.The crew were professional and handled my repair exactly as quoted and described with no surprises.The crew covered the whole area of the repair with tarps, plastic. Preventing dust from getting into other areas of the house.I would totally recommend. I’ll, without a doubt, be a returning customer.

It’s very rare to find the kind of outstanding service we received from Ready Home Maintenance. Johnny genuinely cares that we’re satisfied with the work. We sure are! We had a long list of repairs to get done on our older home. Johnny agreed to tackle them all, big or small. He took time to clearly explain how he would do the work, offering us options and advising which ones he thought were most practical and in keeping with the character of our house.The work was excellent, efficient, and reasonably priced. So thankful for Ready Home Maintenance! We sent out several requests for quotes and Johnny at RHM was the first to respond and the first to come over to assess the work and provide a quote. He was personable, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable in his pricing. Johnny and Blake did a stellar job on our ensuite bathroom (installed new vanity, adjusted plumbing accordingly, replaced light fixture, installed junction box, repainted wall, etc ), and also cleared off our entire household to-do list. The work was done efficiently, neatly and on budget, plus Johnny is a great problem solver, finding the perfect solution to our backsplash dilemma. The bathroom now looks amazing! We also appreciated the fact that they vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of each day, taking all of the old materials with them to be disposed of. I contacted RHM after getting the run around from two other places. I was contacted back and explained what I needed and wanted done. The response was quick and a date was set for the job.Communication was clear and concise and the quote was very reasonable and fair.Living six hours away and entrusting the job to be done by someone can be stressful. The job was completed above my satisfaction and the final price fair and met my expectations. I also requested another small job while Blake was there and it was no issues. Johnny is a rare breed of maintenance contractors. He has built his business based on quality and honesty. I had just about given up on finding a contractor that would care and take pride in his work, until I was lucky enough to call upon him. Many contractors could take lessons from Johnny on how to build trust in customers. He and Blake took care of several jobs I had waiting for repairs in the house and all were done with professionalism and attention to detail, with a pleasant and respectful attitude, and with a smile! They seem more like family to me now than merely a maintenance company. I feel so fortunate to have found him.

We recently hired a well known construction company in Ottawa to do a major floor and kitchen renovation in our home. They left a list of unfinished subpar work and a mess, we were left very unhappy. They didnt care about the work they did. We then hired Johnny from Ready Home Maintenance to fix the unfinished work and he did a better job in one day than they were able to do in a year. His level of professionalism is outstanding, his work is on point, his problemsolving skills are exceptional, but most of all his care is apparent.
