Lake Wabukayne Park
Such a cute little park. It’s nice and close to home. Perfect little path for a bike ride. There is a nice sized play structure as well and tons of parking on the street. Also has an exercise structure for adults.

NO Fishing is ALLOWED!!Excellent hiking and biking trails. Beautiful garden beds. Please don't feed ducks and geese with bread. Large pieces of bread can get stuck in the duck's crop and this can lead to starvation and possible death. If you are walking along the trail and spot the garlic mustard weeds, please pull them out and place them in the garbage. This weed takes over our wild plants and does more harm than good. I posted some of the photos for you to see it. Noted people smoking cannabis near the Erin Mills parkway of the Wabukayne lake. It is often observed on my walks. I'm not sure if this is actually allowed.

It’s a very isolated place and almost pristineIf you visit during late August-October, you will see all the apple trees there full with fruits. Lots of birds, the lake is actually storm water management - so water is not very clean. But a great sight all through summer

Really nice park for hiking and enjoying nature. There is a dam that is used to control storm and wastewater and I really appreciate the effort put into building and maintaining it. Has a wide variety of birds, flowers and other wildlife. Hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit if you enjoy nature.

Lake Wabukayne Park
Great trails to walk through, It is a good place for picnics and to have a long walk, friendly and safe and you can ride a bike through the shared lanes, one can easily walk for two hours with full joy, or ride a bike in a group for a long time with a light fresh air

Love this place, quite beautiful place with track and scenic lake. Play areas for kids, plenty of parking all around. Enjoy multiple families of ducks.

Nice park with a lake, in the middle of houses. Get away for a quiet walk, a strip mall nearby to get a snack, fluids or food. The trails connect to others so you can walk for miles.

Nice place for walk ….. the lake is visible from specific sections so it’s not like lake Aquitaine but still nice and quiet place

This was a pleasant little discovery! It's so well hidden that despite living in the city for ages and visiting the adjacent Aquitaine park, I did not know this existed! It's a beautiful paved walk winding next to the ponds and lake. Highly recommended, especially if you are mobility challenged as there are no rough patches to cross if you stick to the trail.Gorgeous and quiet! It's the perfect post dinner stroll. I can see this becoming a regular place for easy walking and talking with lots of privacy.
