Was asked to choose paint from here by my painter for an upcoming job. Started but the girl excused herself to take a call & just never came back. Very poor service. My painter will be picking up paint from Benjamin Moore I guess.

With a big house project, I discovered that a couple gallons of paint I purchased were the wrong sheen. When I brought that to the attention of the staff, they quickly apologized and supported with a generous solution. Special thanks to Courtney who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Maybe the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you!

I suddenly woke up one morning and decided to paint my entire house in different colours. The staff here have been exceptional in helping me pick colours, paints, and tools. I greatly appreciate that they did not try and up sell me on everything to “premium” and have to thank them for all their help. This place is amazing. I’ll never buy paint anywhere else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable; no wait time and the order was mixed quickly. I appreciate that they kept the showroom very simple and so it was easy to narrow down the choices of colour and paint type. They also had lots of accessories in case I needed supplies. Make sure to know how many square feet of coverage you need before coming to the store.
