Dr. Martinez is great with my 2 kids! He is thorough, takes his time and speaks to them directly to get their input. I love that he listens and cares to hear what they have to say rather than what just the parent thinks. The wait times can be long some appointments but realistically it's like this everywhere you go. Once it's our time, you forget how long you waited because he is so thorough and an incredible Doctor. Receptionist is very pleasant as you get to know her :)

Dr. Martinez is fantastic with the kids, and really takes the time to listen. We have no problems with the receptionist. She's the filter, serious problem with your child, she gets you in, not so serious she gives you a later appointment date. Overall, two great people. Keep up the great work.

The front disk the rudest person I have ever seen. She has mental issues and she needs to by seen by a psychiatric. She never book us, she always rude, never nice, never accommodating, we will not go there any more, there is no point to have dr.Martinez as our doughter paediatrician as we never get booked.

The receptionist is one of the rudest, condescending, snotty person I've ever dealt with a doctor's office.Cancelled my appointment due to her unwillingness to compromise or understand what I'm trying to communicate.I had to be her first call of the day.If you start your day with that much venom and hatred for your clients, find a new job.Looking for a new doctor now, entirely because of her.

Dr Martinez is amazing. Takes his time, incredibly thorough. He has a lovely bedside manner.Most of the bad reviews here comment on the Receptionist. I'll admit her initial demeanor may SEEM dry, but make no mistake, she is LOVELY. She is a busy woman. Runs a well operated ship. We love her.We consider ourselves blessed to have this office caring for our daughter.

Doctor Martinez is excellent. He always listens very carefully to all information, always with an accurate diagnosis. Unfortunately I have a big problem with the administration. I have been waiting for over a year for a form to be filled out by the doctor to apply for Tax Credit. I've called several times and still haven't got a response. I understand that this process is not fast, but more than a year is too much. I asked friends who have autistic children and they had the form signed back by the doctor within 3 or 4 months. I believe I've been pretty patient so far, I don't want to feel like I'm begging for something that is my son's right.

Absolutely love Doctor Martinez. He takes the time and truly cares about the well being of our daughter. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided us tremendously as first time parents. We couldn't have asked for better care!His receptionist, Karen, has always been very helpful and friendly over the phone and in person!Such great care all around from his office!
