I didn’t find her to be helpful at all. She didn’t provide me with actual strategies. It was mostly me talking, her writing tons of notes.

Anna has been my therapist for over 2 years now. She taught me so many helpful coping mechanisms to deal with stress. She is kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Overall, going to therapy with Anna, has changed my life for the better. She has helped me become more confident in myself, and in my decisions. I highly recommend her psychotherapy services.
