Had all my lug nuts on the highway come off on a icy rainy day. Called 613 towing, they took about 20 mins to get to me. Solved my tire problem, and towed me to my destination quickly.Friendly, reassuring, excellent service. Thanks again!

My wife was forced to pull off the highway with a badly damaged wheel. Ali was there within 15 mins of me calling him for a tow. He even made sure she, as well as her car, got to the garage safe and sound. Five star service.

I was told the cost would be $60 and accepted at that rate, once the driver cane in and took 3 minutes to get my car out of a snow bank, he asked me for $120!!!They also told me it would be 30 minutes and it took an hour and a half for a truck to come! Very unprofessional and not honest with a customer. I will never use them again

I had Ali come and help me. He was very professional and did all he could despite the few challenges we faced. I would definitely recommend Ali, it was my first time using 613 Towing but I would definitely use them again if every worker is like Ali. Thank you for your service
