Place is well organized.Was helped by Colleen today at check out, and she was very friendly.

The Barrie Store is always neat and well organized. By far my favourite place to shop.

Always great deals, however not always enough stock to fulfill a wish list. Barrie needs more stock of sale items. Are store to store transfers a thing?

The crew at this store genuinely care and will do everything and anything they can to help you. I had a great experience here today returning something they really had the choice to say no but didn’t. Specifically Joe and Dana but even the customer service rep .Thank You!

Princess auto is all about meeting the customer's expectations as they say No deal is final until the customer is satisfied ". You can find almost everything here excluding the plumbing stuff because they mostly deal with the electronic products. Must visit there because it's always a great experience. The staff is really kind and you'll always find somebody on your side for assistance. I hope my review will improve your experience visiting Princess Auto."

One of my favourite stores due to the wide range of products and affordability of items. Only complaint for Barrie store, avoid a large, tall, overweight man employed at the store. Worst customer service ever. Everybody else was great.

Store is quite busy, not easy to get any assistance around. Hydraulic desk guy could have been more helpful and knowledgeable.

My first time at Princess auto. Thought I had to buy a new generator.Had to wait a few minutes to talk to someone (because this is one busy place) but I'm glad I did because I got to talk to Chris. Well worth the wait.Chris was kind, knowledgeable, listened to my problems and chatted with me professionally and courteously with genuine interest.He was able to guide me to make some changes to my own (their competitors) generator. And if it continues to run I wont have to go back. And if it crashes I WILL make my purchase here.They were really busy but I never felt rushed. Chris took all the time I needed to feel empowered to do what I need to do.THANK YOU CHRIS, you saved me a thousand dollars I dont have, and thank you Princess Auto Barrie for hiring wonderful people.I will be back.
