very unprofessional company. 7months and they are still waiting for parts. I called and check couple of months ago with samsung canada and they had part in stock. Atleast be honest and let your customers know if you cannot fix something. NOT RECOMMEND. Don't pay them until your equipment is fixed

I just had Jim come and fix my whirlpool dryer. I had searched on Facebook for someone to fix my dryer and when I inquired I received a call from him within minutes. We scheduled for the following morning and he arrived early. He came in and was thorough and very careful. I appreciate the honest service. It ended up being the door switch and a fuse. He talked me through the whole process so I know, which I also appreciated. All in all, Jim was super punctual, professional, kind and honest. I would recommend anyone to Focus Appliance. The total cost was very fair and didn’t leave me regretting calling a technician and not buying a whole new dryer (which is better for the environment anyways). Thanks Jim!

My fridge broke down and I gave Focus a call based on a neighborhood recommendation. GM came out within 2 hours and quickly identified and repaired the problem. He was friendly, professional and very reassuring. The total cost including replacement parts was very reasonable. My fridge has been working better than ever. I would definitely call them out again for any other appliance needs.

Jim uninstalled the old dishwasher and came back once the new one was delivered to install that. Very helpful, accommodating and professional. Thank you

WOW! Even though I had to change last minute they worked around my schedule. Showed up early but waited outside (no late or just pulling in). Super friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is amazing and the quality of service matches. Thanks for the fix!

Just had Jim from Focus Appliance come over and take a look at my Dishwasher, he fixed the issue quickly and was very friendly, and courteous. He made sure that he got me to approve anything that would cost more before doing anything so i wasn't caught off guard when he gave me the bill. It was quite reasonably priced and i was even able to pay my e-Transfer.

Jim was great communicating with me on short notice and provided details of the information required to assess what he needed for the repair. He was able to squeeze me in immediately. Jim arrived during the indicated time period and completed the work without hesitation. Would definitely use Focus Appliance for any future needs.

Jim was fantastic! Washer was broken, and Jim was able to come the same day and diagnose and fix the problem almost immediately. highly recommend this service

My second time calling Focus Appliance, and again I’m impressed! Quick diagnosis, professional attitude and just an overall good natured interaction I had while Jim fixed a fridge for me! I won’t call anyone else! His 20+ years experience in the business make him the best!
