I have had the chance to take Katie's Yoga Teacher Training for Kids. It is an amazing training that I highly recommend to any parent, educator and more generally anyone who wants to learn how to help and empower all children, including kids with diverse abilities. Katie's incredible knowledge and true love for what she does shine through. This training gave me confidence to lead yoga classes for children in my community and after school daycares. Thank you so much Katie, for helping us create a more gentle and compassionate environment for our children!

Took a childrens yoga teacher training with gloWithin while I was pregnant and it was so well done. The training happened during the pandemic and so had to be moved to online. Even with it being online it was so interactive and fun and I left it really feeling like I learned a lot and felt confident to be able to use the skills. Would highly recommend any Yoga Teacher Trainings with gloWithin

I've been taking the Kids Yoga Teaching Training with gloWithin and I highly recommend it! The program has provided me with a wealth of info and I've gain a whole new perspective on teaching yoga to kids. Not to mention, it has lovingly forced me to revisit my own inner Child. Katie is a beautiful soul and holds a supportive loving space where you can arrive just as you are each time.

Glowithin offers a fabulous app for parents and educators! Katie is a seasoned instructor who offers a range of trauma-informed yoga courses and workshops! She is experienced, intuitive and open to a wide range of student & participant perspectives and needs. I highly recommend Katie's courses! After much research and completing levels 1-3 of the child & youth yoga instructor training, I found Katie's program & courses to be highly engaging and the only program that aligns with the diverse needs of child & youth trauma-informed settings.

I had the pleasure of receiving a Craniosacral treatment from Katie. When she started at my feet , I immediately felt like I was surrounded in this lovely, nurturing energy. It stayed that way for me throughout the session. What Katie shared with me after was all absolutely true, and a helpful take away I can work with.
