Just a note to report that I had an exceptionally good experience at the down town branch the other day . A young woman helped me through a complicated situation. She was not only very competent but had unusual people skills. Adeep solved my problem and made my day !

There has always been exceptional customer service at this location. Recently, I have taken out a loan and the process was made infinitely less stressful by the open and candid conversations that I was able to have with their financial advisor. She did her utmost to get me the lowest interest rate and most convenient payment plan. In an environment of sterile consumerism, I appreciate being treated like part of a community. Although the lineups can be long at times, this is understandable, since I am one of many people who would rather wait here rather than go to a different bank.

I have banked with envision my whole life and have always been very pleased with their services. Today, one of their staff members Shauna (which I apologize if I spelt wrong) recognized me on a first name basis while out in the community and you just don't get that kind of familiarity at one of the big box banks. I've had nothing but bad experiences at envision. In 2011, I went in to close an account I was no longer using except for tax refunds. The bank employee convinced me to keep it open saying it will cost you nothing" so I left it open and didn't change my banking info for tax purposes. Now

Being clients of two very well know banks but having heard many good things about Envision Financial, we went to the Highstreet branch to inquire about construction loans for building our new house. Robby Toor, one of their financial advisors, serviced us with great professionalism and efficiency. He did get us the loan, but asked us to see Adeep at the Town Centre branch for further assistance. The experience dealing with this wonderful lady was and is still exceptional. Her interest in helping us is genuine, it comes from a personal desire to reach out to others and find a solution to any problem. We have never been treated like this in any other financial institution. Going to a bank asking for something was always stressful; we were always wondering what they would come up with to put more stones in our way. Going to the Town Centre branch to see Adeep is to see a friend, a problem solver, a highly skilled professional who will always find a way to ensure that our needs are met, no matter how complicated the situation might be. Would be nice if you reopened on Saturday's as many people, including myself, can't visit during the weekday hours because we're working.

Worst experience ever! I went today to open an account at this location. I was told to bring two pieces of government issued ID. I gave the agent my driver's license, health card, and social insurance. These documents where not enough according to the agent who had to consult her supervisor. She came back and told me I have to present my birth certificate, of which I objected because who goes around with their birth certificate! I told the agent if this is how fussy Envisions Financial is, I would rather take my business somewhere else and left. Worst customer experience ever in my life, and quiet honestly both the agent and her supervisor as just dumb heads.

i just went to envision and i deal with Manveer kaur, she is vice nice, polite with customer.. She helped me and describe my issue in a mannered way..

I had Jasleen Rai set up an account for me and she was absolutely amazing! So informative and friendly. Definitely recommend envision to anyone setting up a new bank account!

It was my first time walking into this Envision Financial branch. The staff, Amber, Seanna, and Maulik were very friendly, courteous, and warm. I highly recommend this branch to everyone.
