A big shout-out to clera for installing windows and doors in my newly constructed basement. I am impressed by the quality of windows & doors and the quality of service they provided. They were very quick with the installation and it was easy to communicate they educated me about the type of windows and doors that will be best for my basement. Huge thanks to Clera.

I had a window replaced a few years ago, the window came made upside down, but still functional. I was frustrated but kept the window as I had waited for almost 6 months to even get the window installed and that is with me calling and inquiring as to when I would get the window. No one called me with updates as why it was taking so long. So they offered me a lifetime screen replacements and a very minimal amount off. I have a small tear in my screen, so I emailed and emailed and keep getting the run around, or no response to my emails.Tried calling and no one has gotten back to me and this has been going on for about 2 years now. How is the great customer support?? It is not at all.I would not recommend this company at all.I still have yet to get my screen…

Clera Windows did a fantastic job replacing our front and side windows and our double front door. They made every step of the process easy and enjoyable. Roddy helped us select a really beautiful, modern front door that lets in a lot more light and makes our house look 10 times better. It's amazing how much a new door and windows can do. Installation was thorough and done well - the crew spent six hours at our home making sure everything was perfect. Overall a great experience from a very professional company.

Clara was absolutely fantastic with our window installation. We had decided to do more of a custom design and we couldn’t be happier. In addition to being very responsive, they were able to adapt to delays that were cause due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. The installers were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond to keep our home clean and to remove all debris afterwards. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Clera Windows and Doors – if you haven’t heard of them, it’s time you do. A great company with real professionals.I had my windows changed after 35+ years. The professionals did an impeccable job with the installation. They took the time to take out the old windows and install the new ones without any difficulties or causing any kind of destruction to the existing structure. The installers are very hard working and polite individuals. They do not idle on the job and clean up any debris as they go along. They workers are very thorough in their job as they take the time to double check everything to ensure everything was done correctly. The final results look gorgeous!An inspector from Clera Windows and Doors, Amandeep Singh, called to book an appoint shortly after the windows were installed to second check on the execution for the window installation. He took the time to show us how to properly close the windows, pointed out the safety lock and how to use it and made any necessary adjustments to the lock making sure the window would lock properly.The sales manager for our area, Rod Williamson, was very friendly and very patiently explained the process (i.e. taking measurements, ETA on delivery of windows, installation procedure and inspection). There was no pushiness on his end or the feeling of wanting to just get a job. It is evident Clera cares about their customers. Everything they have done is much appreciated and all the windows are looking amazing!!Thank you, Clera for delivering whole heartedly as promised!
