I've been waiting for my bank card for 36 days and had to terminate my account. I guess 5 weeks is more than enough for a respectful bank to issue a debit card.

One of the worst branches I've ever had too deal with, the Staff manager was yelling at the tellers in front of clients. The teller i delt was super unhelpful as they were distracted by their manager freaking out at them. After almost an hour of waiting my issue remained unresolved and I was promptly asked too leave before the issue was fixed and to return at a later date so they could close.

I called corporate office and got the requirements to business account at royal bank the day before I meet with Thomas Goodwin at this office. However when I sat down with Thomas and other staffs at this location today, their lack of knowledge wasted my time waiting there, wouldn't help me when I had the appointment, they also didn't forward procedure for the account opening and direct me to a different location.

Normally successful businesses operate on serving customer interests. Here I met with an advisor who instead of trying to assist me and review/ initiate my request for credit line, as I was advised earlier by another advisor over the phone, this bank's advisor was pushing me to apply for a business loan that could not be applied to my case. She told me that she would check what could apply to my case and call me back, and made the issue sound complicated. That was four months back, she never called me back. The simplest thing was for her to look into my request as to whether I qualified for credit line or not.

Wonderful experience today! Had to clear out my coin jar prior to moving and I had no idea my coins had to be in rolls for the bank to accept them. The woman at the front desk helped me sort all my coins, roll them up speedily, and was so pleasant and lovely. Wish this was my home branch!

The RBC Dominion investment Manager and investment director is so rude and his assistants are no better He is the most arrogant person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life..Will never ever invest withthem again...just nasty ..Go to TD , way nicer staff..
