We used Floorscapes to replace all the carpet in our condo. Jason was a consummate professional throughout the entire process - friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating! The entire process was seamless and stress-free. The job was completed on time and on budget and we are very satisfied would the end result. I would highly recommend Floorscapes to my friends and family. Will definitely use them again!

They were involved in refinishing our hardwood due to an insurance claim, and they were helpful, professional and patient during the consultation phase. I had my carpet in the living room, dining room and hallway replaced with laminate.From the receptionist to the contractor everyone was very professional and knowledgeable not to forget helpful and supportive. Good listeners and also very patient. Paolo was very helpful from beginning to end of the renovation. Charles, the installer of the laminate was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A wonderful company to deal with. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I am very happy with my laminate and the job they did.

We have used Floorscapes several times over the last 10 years. Once for a total flooring renovation, once for replacing carpeting on stairs and just this week for re-sanding and refinishing hardwood floors. Bryce will work with you to ensure you get the flooring you want. Their crews are on time, very professional in their work and ensure you are happy with the end product. I had a wonderful experience with Floorscapes. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me some really good advice on my specific situation including options, colours, etc. Bryce and Kayla were very knowledgeable and helpful, staying in touch from beginning to end. The installation team was also great - their work was superb, fast and they cleaned up after themselves leaving my place better than they found it. Love the finished result and I believe that the price I paid was very competitive. Highly recommend!

Bryce was so helpful with getting us the right flooring - within our insurance budget - and was able to source whatever we were looking for when we wanted to change it up! Our experience with Floorscapes has been excellent. The installation crew was polite and always on time. Even though we had to postpone our original installation date, they were very accommodating to re-schedule around our needs. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with our final decision on product and orientation. We would highly recommend this company.
