I wish I could give lesser stars. Very bad service by branch. Wanted to buy a Diwali coin under $50. Being buying it from any other branch in Toronto/Vancouver and even bought earlier with them, being a non TD customer. But these guys all of a sudden do not sell in person. Although I got a confirmation from Conestoga mall branch and even customer care that I can. Also, the weird part is there website doesn't specify that I have have to be customer and they ask you to open an account with this bank. And another weird part is no way to complain about this as the manager is like that.

TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
I always get excellent service at this branch. The Tellers and the Managers are always very helpful. I find they have a lot of clients and still are able to keep the line moving. Recently there has been very little line up.I also like their check in online system. It allows me to check the line up before I leave my house which is a 2 minute drive.It also allows me to do other items in the mall while I am waiting for my turn to be let into the bank.Great work everyone!

Does not deserve one. TD card on back upper right hand corner Cross Border Banking with flags.You have to call the phone number" that is not stated as clear as above. So check it out if like me you used to be able to access TD machine or counter service in USA. NO service at a TD facility in the USAUPDATE no shock. TD asked for more info I did

My calls to this branch are both unanswered and unreturned. I have been a customer at this branch for decades, and I have concerns about questionable recent activity on my accounts. One would think my patronage is valued. Apparently not.Update: two days later, still no returned calls, and TD Canada trust does not reply to the email Nancy so politely suggested I send using “Google Review” in the subject line. I wish I could take my one star back. Time to switch banks?!

Incredibly frustrated. We had an appointment with someone named Mohamad. We arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic which I can understand needing to cut an appointment short due to being late.. but he was no longer there. Went home for the evening and no one else could help us.We rushed.. after work on a Friday to get there.. for an appointment that was booked in and NO ONE could help us.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went to the bank on January 25th to make a simple withdrawal from my RRSP to offset some financial difficulties resulting from health issues. Was told it would be about 5 business days to get a check. Tomorrow is 10 business day and I'm still waiting. Nobody can tell me what the hold up is and no one seems to want to escalate the issue. In hindsight I should have withdrawn all my money and moved it to a bank where customer service is not a foreign concept.

Worst bank. I went there to deposit my cheque they put a hold for 5 days. Than I went to different td they did not even mention anything about it.

My card had fraud activity, yes thanks for freezing it!But I should be able to go to the Branch and correct this issue and get a New card!!! Nope you must call!! OK will someone pick-up? been on hold 2 hours at a time 4 times yesterday!!! and once today!!!How do I fix this??? Very frustrated!
