I have been quilting for several years now and have always found it hard to find good quality fabric locally, but one of my friends referred me to The Quilted Boutique and I couldnt have been happier. The customer service is fantastic and very helpful, the website is very user friendly, and not to mention the Tangent GC Yuzu Hand repair is one of the best hand products I have tried in a long time. Thank you so much again and I will be coming back very soon.

I had a really bad experience with a pre-order.I order and pay for 2 quilt kits and after 6 months waiting for the kits a received an email saying that they do not have enough inventory to fulfill my order, even do they still advertising in their website one of the kits at a much higher price than what I pay for it originally, they wanted for me to take a store credit instead of a full refund saying that this was in their policy, but after reviewing their policy very carefully there was nothing there to justify for them to keep my money, so eventually they give me a full refund, but it was very hard to get and it took a lot of my energy arguing with the owner over emails.Conclusion, we aware of pre-ordering anything from this store.

I loved shopping here! They have amazing quality with a variety of items, I couldn’t quite pick out exactly what I wanted for my situation so customer service helped me out and they were honestly the best. They helped me get exactly what I needed, they were very patient and were helpful with everything I inquired. I would definitely recommend shopping/looking here for your quilt needs.

Was looking to buy a quilt for my mother. As I am not very educated on the topic I found the customer service astonishing and over the top. Helped me with any and every question I had, even had great suggestions that would be more appealing to a mothers eye. My mother was super pleased when she received her gift, immediately asked where I got such high quality and well stitched fabric, the quilted boutique exceeds each expectation. Will forever be recommending this awesome family run business.

Was looking for some fabrics as well as some soaps for my significant other and found the website very easy to navigate as well as vibrant and professional. The customer service was also amazing as they were able to answer all of my questions/ concerns for the product. Overall a great store! Working with them was a great experience this are some great people who know how to really treat their customers and to add icing to the cake the go to the fullest lengths to make sure their product and at the upmost quality. My wife's birthday is coming up soon and I was looking for some quality fabrics in the area as she loves quilting. I Disovered The Quilted Boutique and found a variety of amazing fabrics and fabric care products. I called their phone number and found the customer service to be very helpful with navigating the website and even some gift ideas for her! I ordered the Swinging On A Star Kit"and she couldn't keep her hands off it! Thank you so much again

Our family had a quilt made, and we were just thrilled with the finished result! Great communication and a pleasure to work with! High quality material, perfectly weighted, the colours and patterns were phenomenal, it exceeded our expectations! I got a quilt for my grandma because she hasn’t been able to quilt as much do too her arthritis but she has been quilting for 45 years, when she did receive it for her birthday she was so happy with the quality and when I talked to the customer service they were really polite and helpful in making sure she and I got when we wanted.
