Must say this location is the best location where I ever rent .service is the best.. and to dealing with Richard was the best experience what I ever have from all rental I will prefer everyone to rent from this place they will always help you with the best cars whatever you want. And specially good pricing

Terrible! Reserved a « Minivan » over 1 1/2 months ago for the family (7 of us) and instead of a Grand Caravan, was given a 4Runner which had the back seats in the trunk so left with less than 6 inches for our luggages. Trip to the US for holidays with the family was cancelled. Disgusted with Enterprise and Costco through which we reserved.

You guys are superstars!Rented a little Mitsubishi Mirage last week and couldn't have been treated better.Super friendly service, I had accidentally booked at the wrong location - no problem, the manager did his magic voodoo thing and badabim badaboom done.Thank you for Maki g it so easy if I could give 10 stars I would.These guys DESERVE a raise!

No complaints. Easy to get a car.(reserved online and just went to pick it up)Edit: returned the car with no issues. Had a 1/4 tank of gas more which will be credited on next rental which is cool.(car was a hybrid and the gas simply wouldn't go down lol. Even off eco mode where hybrid engine barely comes on. Really liked the car cause of that. Rolled 4 days in eco mode with 14$ of gas. Was the ford fusion titanium hybrid. Really liked that car and would buy one if i had a steady job.)Guy at the counter to which i presume is the manager was super chill.Everything was super easy. Everything was clear.Unlike some other rental places.(wont say names)Also enterprise was the best prices around me.
