I've rented for long enough to know just how much difference managers make to a large building like Central Plaza and Valentina and Gagin really do a great job. Maintenance requests are dealt with right away, the common areas are clean and well-maintained and day-to-day the building is well looked after. I am happy to call Central Plaza my home.

Having lived here for 18 months. The building manager is super helpful and friendly. They treat you like friends and always care about your concerns. This is not a new building but it is maintained very well. When I moved out, they also only charged a small and fair amount of cleaning fee and I got most of my deposit back.

I’ve moved in my new home at Central Plaza and really love this place. The building is well maintained. It is a testament to the ability of the management team here. A big shout out to the management team Valentina, John and others for keeping the building nice and clean. I am impressed at how clean and well-lit areas like laundry room, garbage room, storage, basement, ect., are. Keep up the good work management team.
