Ordered A item off Amazon. I am a huge Amazon shopper. Ordered the wrong item. Returned unopened paid 171.00 for item was only refunded 86.00 . Never have I had the large reduction in a return on amazon...Buyer beware

Never entered the store.Driveway entrance for deliveries clearly marked and easily navigated. Which sadly to say is rare.Docks are driver friendly and our one skid was removed before I even got in the receiving door.401 to 33 south. First right and Thompson is the third right off the roundabout.Pet store is on your right just oast the first corner.

Been so annoyed with the service. It's been over a week I'm trying to request a new price list by e-mail because our catalog is not update. Every time I call they transfer the phone call to someones else and they promise they will send the list, but never got anything.

I live where I cannot put a fence up. I adopted a med size dog and he needed to be contained when he was outside. I did not want to tie him up because he would get tangled up. I ordered the standard Freedom Pet 100ft time-out cable after reading lots of reviews on Amazon, PetSmart and other sites selling tie outs. Most were very disappointing re views about reliability and longevity.I purchased the one from American Pet on Amazon. From day one I have been pleased with this one! It’s heavy duty compared to other ones. The pulley and hardware are of good quality. It gave me control of where in my yard my dog could run without getting into things or tangled around them.Two months after I got it my property was flooded. There was a lot of dirt work that had to be done. The people that took one end of the run line down just rolled it up and hu g it on the other tree and in the dirt. They lost all the parts from the one end! After I could get back in to the property I took the other end down and out from underneath the dirt. Surprisingly there was nothing wrong with the cable!I called Freedom to see if I could order a kit to replace the broken parts and they shipped them to me for free!The product is worth the money. It is made of good quality materials and unlike many of the others you do not have to go to the hardware store to get stronger parts! I am very pleased about the quality, how easily it went up and how it has lasted. The customer service is great!
