Dufferin Laundry - 24 Hours Coin Laundry

Been coming here for 3 years, but No longer I’ve had enough. Half the machines are broken, they steal change often, there is no contact number to mediate these issues. Both change machines are broken and there’s no where nearby to get change. The rare time one of the machines is working it only accepts bills below 10$, so u will get mostly quarters and spend 10 mins having the machine reject every other quarter.

Terrible laundry mat, 50% of the machine are not functional, both of the change machines are out of service and overall cleanliness is disgusting…

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The change machine is rigged and short changed me 2 times even got video of it. Then the vending machine ripped me off $4 and Half of their dryers DON'T WORK AT ALL WASTED MONEY. Which is bad for a single mom with cancer on a fixed income. NOT TO MENTION THE PLACE IS SOOOO DUSTY& DIRTY.No contact number at all for emergency issues.

This place is an absolute joke. Avoid this laundromat unless you enjoy using machines that either don't work or eat up your money. Don't believe any of these 5 star reviews, they are obviously fake. This place has gone downhill for quite some time. It's quite sad actually.

It was my first time using coin laundry in Canada. I’m mostly at work during the day but luckily found this 24/7 laundry. The place needs some deep cleaning and sanitization. Tissues, coffee spills all over. Considering the pandemic, it wasn’t a very welcoming place in terms of cleaning. However, the laundry is very affordable and washer dryers work pretty well. For $10 I got to wash and dry 2 weeks of my dirty clothes. The snack vending machines worked well. They even have change dispensers so go without the pocket full of coins. Overall it was a good experience. Recommend.

I used to come here all the time. It is now the second time none of the changing machines are working so i had to leave with all my laundry. Horrible management.

The laundry is good and provides 24/7 service which is really great. One thing I noticed repeatedly is no one is around to help you out with machines. Just don't use the machines to buy a soap here.. it is a waste of money and you will get nothing out of machine... it eats your coins and sadly no one would help you out.

One of the worst businesses I still support. The process is never seamless. Constant issues with the change machines, half the machines are broken, ridiculously high prices, this place is horrible. No matter what, there will be an issue when you go, I have been coming here for years and the new management has not helped - all the did was raise the prices. The biggest issue is the coin machine, they have a 10% chance of working. Every dryer except one isn’t horrible. If there was a closer laundromat I’d never come back.

Been loosing alot of money here on the machines. Last month I lost $9.00 all together in one day. After I put my money $7.00 in the large washing machine in the front, then it shows me a message saying, Out of Order. Then I lost the other $2.00 on the dryers. Last week I lost another $2.50 on the dryers. I'm really fed up of loosing money here, and nobody is replacing it. That is alot of money for me, considering I'm a Senior. Tried contacting the owner by Messenger, but they keep answering me with an automated message. Very frustrated. They don't even keep the place clean. No paper towels for your hands, no hand soap, no hand sanitizer, no nothing. It's been a while now and nobody ever got back to me about nothing. No response!!
