I placed my order online and made a mistake when ordering... I called the store and explained what happened, they said no problem we will make you a new pizza even though the mistake was my fault. Pizza was deliciously made.

UPDATE AUGUST 9- picked up my free order, was ready when I got there and was delicious, you have redeemed yourself and I will be back !Placed an online order and paid in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order (at the scheduled time)I was told it wasn't even started. I was then told that phone in orders tend to take priority and my order was basically forgotten. Although the food was undercooked, it was accurate and tasty.

Literally the worst service I've ever had.This place pales in comparison to ANY other pizza delight I've ever been to .just go to the one is Sussex and save yourself the dissapointment.

We had been avoiding this place because of many bad consecutive experiences here, but decided to give it another chance because we've seen recent reviews that were much better. Whatever has changed in the last 6 months (or longer, not sure) has turned this place around. We've ordered here 4 times in the past few months and the food was very good, and the service was great. They told us it would be ready at a certain time, and when we arrived to pick it up it was ready! Fantastic!

Large sign posted in store saying buy a $30 gift card get free 12” pizza. I asked to purchase one and was told not offering that promotion yet??? Why would you put the sign up then…I find staff very unfriendly and overcooked the pizza along with cheese fingers.I won’t be returning to this location.

Pizza appears to be made to spec, which is unfortunately too doughy for most people's taste.Service was great. Ingredients seemed fresh. More sauce needed.Edit: changed my review to 4 stars. The more toppings the better it tastes.

Disappointment after disappointment, if they don't mess up your order your pizza it is greasy soggy and gross. When they rebuilt the store it seemed ok for a little while but it's gone back to it's old terrible ways.

I've literally given up calling to tell them they messed up on my orders. I won't bother giving any more business to this place. P.S. don't waste your time asking for bacon bits on garlic fingers. Might have got it right once in 2 years.
