If you see a bunch of young somali guys run they are wassy and shiesty they will slime you out in a matter of seconds

Ive lived here over 8 years, It’s a wonderful place to call my home. It is a very clean building with a cleaner on site everyday, with modern decore throughout the whole building. The Management team is very quick to resolve any problems and are always finding ways to upgrade everything, they also have seasonal events for all the residents and lots of activities for the kids throughout the year. The property manager Navilla has been onsite for over 10 years and is our first contact she is the best! She and our superintendent Dave are always friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond for us! This is truly a great place to live!

Rent is 1450 for 1 bed hall in 2018- Overall ok.- heater and water included- Parking Extra 50$- No AC cooling in apartments, (bring your own - AC), however , there is AC in corridors and rental office.- close to walmart- Good sunlight- slow exhaust system in apartment,. Its my first summer here (2018). Lets see what happens in winter.- fuse burn if you use iron and microwave and have to call super to bring a new fuse who push u to buy your own fuse.- super - not cooperative

They say heat is included. Ha! We are freezing and our only option is to buy a heater and pay extra for hydro. The supers office is so hot you break out in a sweat when your in there but the units are freezing. If you look at these units, take your shoes off and enjoy the chill.

All i can say is don't even think about moving to this building,236 Dixon rd, if i could not give it a star i would. My experience living there was stressful and not deserved you pay the rent on time and there is cockroaches, bugs, mole on the windows and in the bathroom. The management Nevila is a fake! She acts nice just to get your money. Its Ironic how she lives in a nice home meanwhile she's renting the apartments in fiflthy condition. She wouldn't live like that. You should be ashamed of yourself.(painting, changing the floors, isnt doing the job, so many tenants have moved out. My family lived there for 1yr and 6months. Its a horrible building!

Honestly if I could give less than a star rating I would. I have been renting on the second floor for almost one year and have a severe roach infestation for at least 6 months. Recently infected with fruit flys as well. Its disgusting, unhealthy and adds a unnecessary mental strain. Totally dissapointed

This building is so clean and the management is so professional- whenever requires any services they quickly and professionally respond- the super, Nevila is so kind, friendly and professional. We strongly recommend this 236 Dixon building.
